Without a restart at either 2:28, or at least one at 2:58, the remaining chorus lines are out of sync. Aces and Eights was for "Dead Man's Hand" , for Whip It, a single restart is needed to fit the song properly.

2:28 is supposed to be the restart I believe. That’s where we do it atleast.
We also restart at 2:28 to keep the moves lined up
