Having guests like these two makes this show so much better.
The comments made by a number of guests who say things just for shock value like Rory, Buvey, Robbie etc make this unwatchable at times.
More of these two
Scrolling through comments and I just made a similar comment without seeing this comment. Shows that many actual football fans feel the same
Agreed. Great comment.
Having Ilyas is always a win too.
Completely agree, don't watch when I see Robbie or Buvey on nowadays
Nieve the most sensible guest as always. Never biased and always fair and sound reasoning behind her opinions which is surprisingly rare. Good dynamic between her and James.
Nieve AND JLA??? This might be the best set of guests they've ever had
actual reasoning and opinions instead of vibes and hottakes

Definitely
Jla’s ball knowledge is pretty terrible ngl

AVRAM GRANT WAS CHELSEA'S GREATEST EVER MANAGER!
Solanke criminally underrated by the neutral fan
Fofana has 4 goals and 1 assist in 11 games. Calvert Lewin has 5 and 1 in 27.
The protection he gets lol
Cool but........
Avram Grant was the Chelsea manager from 20 September 2007 - 24 May 2008. He may not have been remembered well by the history books as he failed to win anything but there's a far bigger picture. Avram Grant lead Chelsea to 2 cup finals as well as narrowly missing out on the Premier League title by a matter of points. The first final he lost was the 2008 League Cup final to Tottenham after extra time. However, the most painful defeat came in the 2008 Champions League final against Manchester United. Chelsea captain John Terry stepped up to take his teams fifth penalty. If he scored Chelsea would have won their first ever Champions League. As Terry ran up to the ball he slipped as his shot clipped the post and went wide. Chelsea went on to lose the shootout and Avram Grant was sacked 3 days later having failed to deliver success. What goes unnoticed though is what could have been. Avram Grant had Chelsea on the verge of winning 3 different trophies and has the highest win rate of any manager the club has had to date. He may not be remembered fondly by the history books but it's time people start to give a lot more appreciation to the great work Avram Grant did at Chelsea.
@@poonopenandes1926 cool but....
In 1927, an unofficial version of the copa del ray was played for a unique chance for a foreign club to win the trophy. The club that ended up winning it was Scotlands Motherwell. Two foreign teams was invited into the tournament one obviously being motherwelll and the other was swansea. Motherwell defeated Swansea 4-3 in what was described by King Alfonso XIII as a "brilliant display of scientific football." Motherwell then went on to beat Real Madrid 3-1 in the final becoming the first and only non Spanish club to win the copa del rey.

On 20 July 1871, in the offices of The Sportsman newspaper, the FA Secretary C. W. Alcock proposed to the FA committee that "it is desirable that a Challenge Cup should be established in connection with the Association for which all clubs belonging to the Association should be invited to compete". The inaugural FA Cup tournament kicked off in November 1871. After thirteen games in all, Wanderers were crowned the winners in the final, on 16 March 1872. Wanderers retained the trophy the following year. The modern cup was beginning to be established by the 1888-89 season, when qualifying rounds were introduced.[3]
Following the 1914-15 edition, the competition was suspended due to the First World War, and did not resume until 1919-20. The 1923 FA Cup Final, commonly known as the "White Horse Final", was the first final to be played in the newly opened Wembley Stadium (known at the time as the Empire Stadium). The 1927 final saw "Abide with Me" being sung for the first time at the Cup final, which has become a pre-match tradition.[4] Due to the outbreak of World War II, the competition was not played between the 1938-39 and 1945-46 editions. Due to the wartime breaks, the competition did not celebrate its centenary year until 1980-81.

Hojlund i believe in the current Barcelona & Arsenal squads would do so well. Such a hard worker and his finishing was never the problem.
Bowen has had a great season playing centrally. Not sure if he’s ever done it before, but he’s impressed me
He is better as a winger
@@fluff5Henry’s best position was on the left but he was still brilliant as a striker. Bowen being better on the wing doesn’t take away from how good he is playing centrally
he's much better as a winger with his pace and technicalities, but in the struggling West Ham as of late he's been given you have to give him credit - especially in the absence of a true 9 like scammaca and the Antonio of previous years. The most impressed I've been by Bowen for years
@@LjuboCupic1912no, Henry’s best position was as a striker.
@@TJTOPBOY Henry himself said that his best position was on the left.
finally guests that have ball knowledge🤣
calvert lewin and mcburnie ahead of Datro Fofana is a crime , other than that pretty decent ranking
They literally said mcbunrie is the worst player on that list😂😂😂 both mcburnie and fofana deserve to be in the middle as they've both scored goals in bad teams
Rn beto is better than a crap dcl
Tbh they didn't care much about that side of the list anyways
Can you please stop doing these things in alphabetical order, every time you barely leave any time for teams like West Ham & Wolves. Just pick clubs out random and have an even time talking about each?
These being the only two guests that i'm willing to listen to
Jackson's build up play hasn't improved. It was already special from day one. Call him out on his finishing but Jackson's link up/build up/playing with back to goal is one of the best in the league at doing it. I truly don't think people are watching him, I think they just see his misses and go from there.
Thank you he has played better the most of the strikers above him people just look at his missed chances and that’s it
You can't look past this finishing
He lacks confidence as a striker, he never looks like he’s going to score
Solanke undervalued hugely , would've put him under isak
Just below Isak
This was one of the best ranking in the history of this channel and im actually surprised because usually the guests manage to amaze me with their horrible football knowledge
Wouldn’t go that far. Mateta is criminally low and Fofana has been far better than DCL and McBurnie
@danielmulhern6085
True but that was still impressive and one of their best rankings, because of their standards
@@laaleet5333 But how on earth can they agree Havertz has been better than Jackson
@@ShootingsBootings in my opinion he is
@@ShootingsBootingstbf, considering he’s not even a striker he’s doing not bad. It’s like if a CDM was pushed to CB you should give him a little more leeway, that and he is doing decent
All I'm saying is imagine Watkins took villas pens he would be on well over 25+ goals people can only keep up with him by taking pens 😂 Watkins is easily the best striker this s ason there is no debate he gets less service then most these top teams and he still scores . Just take pens out of the equation then look at the stats
Brotha Villa have only scored 4 penalties this season… he would only be on 23 goals
i wanna see next season who scores more watkins ot fit isak with healthy newcastle side i feel like if isak stayed fit he would be top of this list in my opinion there are still some games to go i wont be surprised if he comes second with 10 games missed
@@sebaraghi4576 I literally cannot even remember the last time we had a pen, refs are so biased to keep the old top 6 as the top 6 its insane.
@@PvtVallenrefs weren’t biased against you when you defeated us gooners twice this season, dk what you’re waffling about
@@PvtVallen brotha you say that but I’m a sure fan and we’ve only had ONE pen all season… at least you guys are 4x us
Jackson has been good all season. Yes he has missed big chances but he is still really young. But his overall play is incredible. He is one our most important players, his build up play his link up ability, his flick ons are absolutely superb. And lets not act like 10 non pen goals and 5 assists in 24 starts is bad for a first season in the prem for a 22 year old. Havertz was pretty average until March. And he goes invisible in alot of games, whereas Jackson is always involved in every part of our game. He is extremely underrated. Expected better from James tbh. Nieve brillant as always she knows the right things to say about every club and their players, she actually watches football.
These two guests are the only two that talk sense and don't look out of place being on the show.
Goad to see matheus cunha getting the recognition he deserves
Watkins for me as he doesn’t take penalties 😊

Jackson has had a better season than Havertz, Joao Pedro, Hojlund, Muniz, Wood, Nunez and Bowen, in my opinion he deserves to be higher but oh well...
He scored a hat trick against 9 man spurs and were tap ins. So no he shouldn’t
@@maccamorrice3054Ur reasoning for him being bad is that he scored a hatrick? Weird mate but ok
He’s missed so so many chances I’d even say he’s been worse than Mateta this season
He's similar to Havertz he's not a proper number 9 so 18 goal involvements in his first season is good i would say
Bowen has been amazing this season even when out of position so there is no way Jackson has had a better season than him especially
Havertz has played 9 games at striker so saying 25 is completely unfair 🤣

Besides, Watkins has 29 Goal Contributions in 2798 minutes = 1 GC per 96.48 minutes.
Isak has 18 Goal Contributions in 1770 minutes = 1 GC per 98.33 minutes.
So even using your questionable metrics, Watkins still clears.
Jackson below Havertz💀
Less than half the price with more goals in a worse team and he spent a month at AFCON

This Jackson performance right now is shocking
Isak best in league.
Good dynamic between these lot
XG underperform,
Halaand
Nunez
Jackson.
But jackson's the only one talked about for missing chances.
He should on par with muniz and nunez while ahead of havertz.
Your profile pic says it all. If Jackson wasn't a Chelsea player you'll be saying he deserves to be near the bottom.
Everyone talks about Haaland and Nunez missing chances
Solanke is so underrated man, 17 goals in a below average team
I’m a Liverpool fan but Nunez ranked alongside solanke is ridiculous 😂
It's worth noting about Havertz that (post Chelsea drubbing) he's notched 11 goals and 5 assists, his best return in a premier league season to date, during a season in which it took like 6 months to figure out what his best position is. That's pretty remarkable and he deserves more credit for it.
I’m Geordie and support obviously Newcastle. I believe in premier league that Isaak is the second best striker after Halland. My question to neutral fans is do you think halland will score more goals than Isaak in this Newcastle team?
Solanke deserves to be higher and I hate him lol
Great to see stunt peg!
Finally a non-biased ranking, really good!
Nieve >> Thogden
Easily the best duo. These two plus Alfie from HITC Sevens are the best three football youtubers
I don't 100% agree with some of the ranking here, but it was so refreshing to see two guests giving their honest, relatively grounded opinions, not just making outrageous comments for shock value like most do; lets have these two back more often please!!!
Not too many disagreements with this ranking, as a Liverpool fan I’d lower Nunez a bit tbh, he misses too many chances and I’d probably stick solanke up higher he’s been fantastic!
Whatdya think of Nunez performance today against Ur arch rivals lol? Even Salah played like he knows he's going to Saudi next season and this season is over.
Isak is a better Striker than Watkins but Watkins has been able to play more games so that’s credit to him.
A better striker is the one who stayed fit and contribute the most to the team.
@@jefri4176Thierry Henry had a terrible injury record when he was young, does this mean Watkins is better than Henry?🤣
@@jefri4176 No, Isak is a better striker. Watkins has been more fit this season. Next season will be different. In my opinion of course.
@@bendavidjohn last season isak was injured for 106 days and missed 16 games. This season miss 10 games. He seems injury prone 🤣🤣🤣
@@jefri4176 Ye maybe, but my point isn't that Isak is less injury prone than Watkins. If that were my point then fair enough. My point is that based on ability, he's a better striker.

Not gonna lie she knows her ball.
Watkins for me and I'm a Liverpool supporter.
You guys summed up Darwin so well .
He's just HAS to be more clinical so atm since we have Diogo back and Cody is starting to find form I'd have Darwin on the bench.
He brings so much to our team but we really need the goals and points at this time of the season .
Having Darwin being subbed on in like the 60-70 minute would be game changing .
Havertz really took this personally 😂
Good selections from both guests, we’re all going to mention a mistake somewhere but overly they’ve done well without taking a biased approach 👍🏻
Jackson behind havertz???🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 3 games less than havertz and 1 more goal . that guy don’t know anything
why not listen to his reasoning before typing in a randomn comment?
Havertz has way more assists though
@@Deathmare235 IK that's a good point but he plays in front of Odegaard Rice and Jorginho... He HAS to do atleast that much while Jackson had a crap start to season but has gotten better despite playing in front of a midfield that is still SOO bad at times. Not even a Palace fan but with the season Mateta is having, he should be higher
Jackson is overhated, it's his first season in England
Isak isn’t in anyway shape or form a ‘classic throwback no 9’ he’s a LF for one, he’s not a great back to goal striker. Isak needs to have the ball at his feet running at defenders to make use of his dribbling ability or a ball played through for him to run onto. He will finish. He’s not amazing in the air which is crazy considering his height and he’s also pushed off the ball fairly easily. A fantastic player though.
Hojlund , Havertz and Pedro ahead of Jackson? Unbelievable...🙏🏻🤐

Jackson's awful
They are definitely better than him
That did not age well😂
“He’s so hot right now”😂
Hojlund ahead of Jackson is diabolical.
Now rank every club that's broken FFP rules

The fact that Nicolas Jackson is closer to the bottom than the top is insanity. 10 goals in the league in his first season plus his hold-up and link-up play is allowing Palmer to thrive. Severely underrated.
Because majority are better obviously
Spot on!
Don't argue over Solanke. He ain't having this exact form next season. These performances from his is just for this season IMO
These two are good guests.

Chris Wood actually has the best conversion rate in the league this season, guess he's not sexy enough
The fact that we’re talking about Bowen as West Ham’s striker should tell all the Moyes in guys why they’re wrong. Imagine knowing that your main striker doesn’t score many goals and is injury prone but not buying another striker. Then to combat the issue you take your best winger out of his position, who also basically has no one to replace him, then stick him at striker. Shambles. Thank goodness for the magic of kudus and paqueta otherwise we’d be fighting relegation again.

It's not harsh, he may be good potentially. But this about form and he's lacked it this season, don't mean he's crap.
@@phillyflyboxingHe's lacked some form with goals but his all round game is fantastic. And you can't tell me he hasn't been better than Havertz and Hojlund, come on

Solanke should be at the haaland column i reckon
Am I the only one who when the Havertz comments were made thought were a tad unfair, he scored the champions league winner for Chelsea n has came up with many crucial goals for arsenal this season, he’s by far not their best player but he pops up when needed, he can play a 5/10 then pop up with a winner
Wood should be higher
Jackson and Cunha should be further back, Jackson has been woeful with his finishing and so as Cunha, missed massive chances for Wolves all season especially at the start. Watkins, Isak and Solanke for me this season. Nunez is a winger and Haaland is immense but requires others do to the work.
