    How is there only 10-20k views on a lot of Barbell Shrugged videos?! They have so much gold in the 240+ videos; people are missing out.

    This year I started training for a half marathon and my biggest worry is recovery from exercise as I work 2 jobs and weight train on top of running......I have found that clean sleep hygiene makes a huge difference in my training. Thank you for this talk, now I can share it with my friends that don't understand even though I recommend it to them just for working and looking after a family. I am a single bachelor so they think I'm just blowing smoke out of my ass, lmao

      We probably won't post that on Barbell Shrugged. I'll be launching The Bledsoe Show soon, there we'll be diving into those topics ;)

    Can meditation or HRV training be as effective for re-wiring the brain as MDMA?

    • @mikebledsoe4782
      @mikebledsoe4782 7 років тому +2

      Meditation takes longer (much longer) and depends on the techniques used on both. Not sure on the HRV.
      The drawback of MDMA is potential desensitization of serotonin receptors. Should be used infrequently. Good to note that the results are permanent so a single session could change the rest of your life.

    That's called being prejudice. There is no FBI study that shows the way someone dress makes them more daguerous.

    I felt like Mike spoke a little too much in this pod. Barely heard Doug, and it seemed like he spoke every bit as much as Dr. Parsley. I know he is knowledgeable on the topic but every once in a while he seems to overshadow the guest.

    • @davidfelix5509
      @davidfelix5509 7 років тому

      I'm not sure you realize that it should work as a conversation, its not that Mike is trying to overshadow, it's just if you have one guy talking it turns into a lecture. To be completely honest i'd rather have Mike and Doug engaged, just as is, so that not only it remain enjoyable to viewers, but i'm pretty sure Dr. Kirk Parsley would much rather have it be an active intellectual conversation.
