I love the epic 2,it’s my first high end full bench rest rig and it’s totally reliable
@@midwesttacticalair7742 I think there are others out there that are rather good too … however the Epic is rather good 👍
Have a look at shooter 1721 channel its shows alot about this rifle, from what I've seen this rifle likes to be right up there shooting the heaviest slugs at 80 foot lbs then it's a performer as I think that's what its made for. If this gun is the same thought as the Agt vulcan 3 700 long and I think it is the barrel is slightly over sized than regular barrels as designed for slugs only really, pellets will work but struggle to find a good one, i know this as i ordered and paid for a agt 700 in sub 12 but the shop and Agt where good enough to stop the order when i found out about the barrel

I'm impressed at that velocity with 110 bar. Mine will have the 550 barrel so I will be up a bit higher. I'm not sure if you have seen them but JSB has a Monster Grand that is a 28.55 redesign. I ordered a few tins for testing. Thank you and Jo Anne for the update, funny as always. Excellent Xring avoidance tutorial. Oh, mine should be here Monday and I got an impulse air mod 1350 with one orange section to represent the Triple G edition. Too funny, Rock-solid tripod with a rickety ass table. One of a kind.

@@TripleGRogerLait Definitely, I'm trying to decide what I would like it to be. I hope these heavier 28.55 redesigns are Evey bit as consistent so I can have a simple tune. Trying to move up in BC in slug weight so those added 3.5 grains might be a great balance for a 27-30 grain slug and pellet combo for the 550mm barrel length while maintaining a good shot count, or some version of efficency.That's the plan but the target makes the decision.
@@ravenshield7823 I have seen those pellets but have not tried them yet, I do like the sound of the 28.55’s although not sure of the BC of them ? The 25,39’s work super well in my gun so I presume the heavier JSB’s would be the same ? One would hope so. I’m sure I don’t mind finding out 😀😀. So tell me how you get on with yours buddy 👍😀
@@TripleGRogerLait Absolutely, probably Wednesday or so. everything is on its way. The claim is .039 BC but that's the same as the 25.39's as far as I know. Not sure if the added sectional density changes anything, one would think? It will certainly dumb down the velocity if I get the slugs I want to work. In my mailbox is the Griffin 31.8 grain XR match. BC of .125. That would be a match made in heaven if all goes as planned. I'm going to focus on medium heavy to low heavy, since I think 17.7 is too fast a twist and gives any wind the upper hand on deflection 25 and below once you hit 900 fps and above. Just my theory. All the 1:16 -17:7 barrels I've had experience with 18 - 26 grains have had head scratching results as soon as a breeze is introduced. I don't have this problem with the 1:24 twist. but you are bracketed into a weight class - velocity range, there also. It seems anyhow.

epic pcp airgun is made with a complex design. Air is coming out of the barrel of my airgun. Air coming out of the hummer. Hummer has holes, 6:34 o-ring design very bad.
