Di grocery thodi jyada nhi ho gyi mai v ghar se bahar rehta hu khud cooking krta but itna mere se nhi ho payega. 😢 Rajma chawal, besan kadhi chawal, aloo paratha, veg biryani, egg rolls, masala dosa, gazer ka halwa etc are my favourite dishes. Ha ek baat achhi aapne bahar khane se 2ghante bachenge but health kharab hone se money and time dono brbad. 😅
Ye puri mere liye 2 ya 3 month ki grocery hai dear kuch chije same here mera bhi yhi sochna hai health pe sabse jada dhyan dena chahiye🙂

Yaa surely I will consider your last lines and I have got the recommendations from Dr about all the medicines and the pain was due to infection in cold so when it became unbearable at that time I decided to hve the medicine and completed the dose too.....thnkuhh so much for the info ❤❤

One suggestion--Antibiotic dhyan se lena research kr lena phle ,, nhi to gut health kharab hoti h aur symptoms worse hote jate h,, lo to pure 3 4 din ka course pura krna sath me probiotic food lena
Acidity &acid reflux check kr lena usse bhi throat dikkat deta h aur hm infection samjhke antibiotic lete rhte h.... If morning me back stiffness hoti h to probably acidity high h jo kai bar sleep position ke karan throat kharab kr deti h aur hme lgta h infection h..aur ye thik hone me time leta h.. Purani video me sayad aapne back pain ka bola tha so i think... Aur ha antibiotics acidity aur badati h... Kuchh time hlka food le lo tea cut kr do ya km krdo... Aur ha acidity km ho ya jyada symptoms same hi rhte h to medication select krne me dikkat hoti h...ho sake to Self care se kro...me bhi Aspraint hu lekin course se jyada health ko pdna pda mere bhi same symptoms se suru hua tha lekin us time knowledge nhi tha aur medication leta rha aur bahut se health complications hue..... Aur pta ni aapne phle kon si antibiotic li thi aur bad me Arithroycin li h.. Phle wale ka 1 hi dose hua mtlb .. Arithromicin ka course pura lekar uske bad koi bhi antibiotic mt lena. ... I hope ki isme se kuchh aapke kam aaye .... Aur full health ke sath study ho..study me 10 din se jyada koi health issue ho to phle use suljhao kyoki...kyoki mains aate aate tk health jabab de jati h ...
