I had the same problem. And I just cleaned up my cpu and the ram as mentioned in this video. And it worked! . I would recommend this video if anyone have similar problems.

pro tip: dont use an eraser OVER your open computer chasis. the shaving probably wont do anything, but now you have eraser shavings all over your shit!

There is a setting in BIOS that forces the fan to run full speed all the time, possible that could be the issue.
