Great topic. I’ve been on metformin for more than 20 years for PCOS. my weight loss clinic provider left me on it when I started Zep. My provider said research is showing that GLP-1s make meds taken to treat PCOS work better.
I did a reset after being on 15mg for about a year. I started back at 2.5mg. I took a month off in August. My 2yr GLP1 -anniversary was September 1st. It has been a mixed bag. I gained while off about 10lbs, then when I started the meds back, I lost 7 of the 10lbs. I anticipated gaining some, so not panicking. I feel like I am balancing back out now, but it has been a month of no real loss. I did lose 22% during the time I was on MJ/Zep. My body is readjusting at its comfortable weight. I am looking to add to my regimen, but not finish with research. Happy journey everyone!
I've hit plateau for almost 2 months now but I don't want to go up the dose either becaus I didn't like the side effects when I first moved to 5mg. And this week I had to take a break because of travelling and food noise is soo back that it worries me!! Can't wait to go back home tomorrow and do my shot even if I'm not losing weight. It's slightly worrying, I thought I fixed my eating habits:(
A trick is to eat protein foods that are hard to digest fast. Like red meats, chicken, pork, and also fatty foods that are animal base. Even an avocado will hold your hunger. I am in maintenance and take 3 months off, then back on for 3 months. It’s a longevity benefit with glp-1’s resetting your hormones and refreshing receptors. Just stay away from processed foods and high carbs.
Wow a 6 monthe break to rest to get back on a glp? I have herd 4 half lives 20 days for it to clear out of your blood totally so I would think not much more than that to restart.
No no! A one month break off of everything. A 6 month break if you’re switching. So like switch from Tirzepatide to semaglutide for 6 months, then switch back.
Orderly is not offering any of this to me and has been making excuses for 60 days as to why they can’t even ship one vial so I’m just going direct to red rock with an rx from my pcp it’s also cheaper
I decided to play and go from 15mg back down to 7.5mg. Eating with 15mg is difficult for me. I’m on vacation and so I’m trying back down to 7.5. I might go back up. But, close to goal 🥅 yes I also thought of switching to Ozempic from Mounjaro. I combine Metformin for lowering blood sugar levels.
I haven't lost ONE POUND on tirzapitide. Been the same weight 3 Months. Lost 50 pounds in 5 months previously on Semiglutide. Going back to semiglutide.

I’m was already taking B-12 shots. Combining that with the Mounjaro is good as well…
For me.
I didn’t realize that about the benefits of more protein! ❤ I need to research more! Thanks for the info! 🎉
Shoot for 1 gram per POUND of body weight goal. My goal is 200 pounds, I aim for 200g protein per day.
Thank you. That was really informative and gives me hope. ❤
Happy wensday Brittany.
I’ve tried tirzeptide and diethylproprion together and it was an awesome combo!
I haven’t heard that one! I’m gonna look it up
Hi Brittany! Im currently on 10mg of Zepbound & planning on staying on it for awhile long time due to the side effects that I'm still having!
10 was so hard for me! The worst jump for sure!
@@Brittanylosing agreed! That's why I'll stay on this one as long as I can 💪🏻😊
Great video 🎉🎉🎉

Great advice Matt!
How many mg are in each vial ? My current provider puts 20mg per vial and I've seen others sell it at 15 mg per vial which makes the cost more.
🧡🧡
great topic
Thank you! ❤️❤️

I feel like there has to be more to this story. Have you reached out to them?
Are you in their Facebook group? They rolled out the multi month option and have posted regularly about options.
