Special Comment: All this music was super hot in 2004 and in 2005, but this music is the future because Glamrock is just dying due to the members being too old. Nu-metal is the way now. May 18, 2024. USA
As talented as Sean is WHY no bass player. The last time I saw SES was in 2019 at INKcarceration and the bass player and drummer were the only ones that seemed alive at all. ua-cam.com/video/h9gslAXVSgE/v-deo.html This performance is just disappointing and sad.
@Resellingonthespectrum Sean actually has a custom built guitar that he designed himself so he can play guitar and bass from it. There shouldn't be a backing track. That being said I could see how you would think that because so did I. I agree it was probably a business move. More money this way. I've seen them twice now in ohio at small venues. 1st show was phenomenal. 2nd show seemed like Daniel's was asleep and going through the motions. Sorry for the rant. I'm excited to see this band touring again. Much love!
@@mirandaperry5245 Oh interesting! I went to one of their shows a few years ago. The drummer was super cool and into it. Sean was just treating it like a job. Got through the set without any breaks. At the merch table you could tell that he was only interested in selling. I get it, he needs to make a living but damn dude.
@@Resellingonthespectrum That is the same opinion that I have. There is no debate that Smile Empty Soul is criminally underrated because their music is SOOO damn good. Maybe Sean into the "performance" aspect of playing live? Kinda reminds me of Shawn Morgan. I've seen Seether several times and every single show is totally forgettable.
That little girl jumping in the air on the far right corner towards the end of bottom of the bottle was so cute lol i almost tear up cause she reminded me of my little sister
Happy to see Therapy and Every Sunday getting some love on this tour!
Yes! I've been dying to hear Therapy live for years. Probably been since I first saw them in 2004.
I really love this band good potential 😍
Man I'm glad they are still playing! Love his guitar!
Love this band
Sean, one big talent package 🙌🙌
Love SES!! Been a fan since 2003.

Que buena Banda! Saludos desde Lima Perú!!
Красавцы!!
ITS amazing...love u smile empty soul
Wow, Eraser sounded great.
2 ppl and golden
Literally better than any other singer performing live... Big Fan listen everyday!!
They literally sound the same as the tracks they put out. Minus the wear and tear on the vocals.
Good stuff man!
Solo on eraser was impressive….not sure what type of one man band wizardry is going on, but he’s got something figured out!
There is a video of him demoing his special pick up that plays bass notes as well it’s cool
обожаю их, жаль что народ такой тухлый, уникальное музло
Интересные ребята, но жаль уже не те, постаревшие с косматыми бородами

How bass guitar is playing
He use “Little thunder pickup”
No bassist?
Sean uses a synthesizer that produces the bass tones separately from his guitar. So he ultimately is playing both main guitar and bass parts.
He use “Little thunder pickup”
Where's the bass come from ? 😅
In this day and age... no idea why they wouldn't just back track bass
He use “Little thunder pickup”
He’s doing the Piddle of Mud thing! Don’t do that bro!
Он должен собирать стадионы, печально видеть это.

It’s a business move in my opinion .it’s cheaper to run without a bass player. I can tell he’s playing over a bass track.

@@Resellingonthespectrum omg yes! The drummer makes the show! I also wish Daniel was more alive and having some fun up there.
