I hate when people try and dog on multi syllable rhyme schemes and large words. You have to understand that for people who are thinkers more than feelers that kinda thing makes your brain tingle the same way the repetitive, catchy, easy to digest stuff makes your soul tingle. It’s like saying I hate future and imply he’s trying to sound dumbed down for the audience because he uses average words single syllable rhymes and holds hands with the production.
I don’t really fw Knox’s music either but the way people talk about lyrical rap with intricate flows makes them sound lazy like music isn’t only about letting go of all thoughts and getting loose art is multi faceted
