Sorry to disapoint ypou but there is no such thing as "sing doing hard choreos" real hard choreos compromise the capacity to breath. If you observe the person sing never is doing a movement that compromise ther abs area during the singing In fact in both choreos they had a few movements using really hard the ab area but not while sing.
- actually i think allgroups have pre-recordings backtrack before performing. but i think itzy's performance is the best using backtrack sing while dancing, i mean itzy use backtrack and live voices on stage, not original live, not only itzy there are many more but in my opinion after comparing various groups itzy is one of the best. There are also many groups that only show pre-records, moreover the pre-records are now made with original sound without editing, but still they are pre-records. but no matter what the fans will still support their idol no matter what if you think fans are exaggerating, that's normal, they are just supporters. There's no single stage of them that is weak or something like that. The way they execute their moves, the synchronization, facial expressions, stage presence and they mostly sing live despite having not easy choreography, overall just chef's kiss.
yeah, their synchronization is crazy good because jyp emphasized it as a point of improvement during their debut. i think there is a video of him criticizing one of their performances because according to him "he took a screenshot and their bodies didnt perfectly match each other". itzy has worked soooo hard to become such good performers and im glad theyre finally reaping the fruits of their labor🥺🥺

Yeji’s stable voice shocked me. In both these songs she has a lot of lines but she managed to keep up with them despite the hard choreography. Especially nailing the high notes, SHES definitely an ace for sure. Itzy is honestly amazing

But yes, some of this is pre-recorded, some is actually live. And it is possible to sing stable even with intensive choreos in fact, that’s a huge part of an idol’s training. It’s difficult just not impossible, and they are professionals after all.
