You were able to share good ideas for people starting in pottery. The reason I began 12 years ago or so was to make pieces for work. We own a prop house and use tableware for photography. So I began pottery and I think progressed faster than normal because, like you said, I was motivated (I'd used to go to the pottery studio 5AM in the morning and then often 6PM after work--much less intense now!). So motivation like you said and copying work you admire. And your clay advice is important. Just this week I was struggling a bit with one porcelain clay because it was a bit too firm. I bought a bag of another porcelain clay to try and it was so good and then I felt like I could easily control the clay. (And now I am selling some of my pieces and that too is motivating!)
Thank you for your comment. You have a lot of experience with pottery! Everyone's feeling of improvement is different, but it's important to do a lot and accumulate various experience points! I want many people to enjoy pottery.
A good video. Copying: what can the difference between the original and your copy can tell you about your individual style? Sometimes the difference can be due to a lack of skill but other times it can tell you about your scale or preferences. (I've been working on copying a friend's teapot spout making technique. After making dozens of failed copies I've found a form that might work. It's quite different from his but I've found I like it. Now I need to practice more so I can get that shape consistently when I want to.)
Thank you for your comment. You can improve your technique by copying, and you can make the style your own. Learn techniques. Also, it is important to complete the work by adding your own originality! I think the biggest merit is to create a goal for the work.

先生のアドバイスに加え、目標を数値化する方法もあるかなと思います。例えば、2Kgの粘土を手だけで筒形花瓶を、何センチまで挽き上げることが出来るか？同一湯飲みを一定時間内に何個挽けるかとか？工夫すれば色々・・・スキル＋モチベ－ションもUP！！

半磁器土でも手びねりで成形することは大丈夫だと思います。
ただ、通常の粘土よりは作りにくく感じるかもしれませんね！
目が細かく、水切れしやすいのでしっかりと水や泥を使いならがら試してください。
また、白い色にこだわっているようであれば磁器土ではなく、白い陶土でも大丈夫だと思います。
まずは少ない量の粘土を購入して試してください。

土と釉薬の相性も仰る通り、反省点が多く出ます。
ただ、焼いて見ないと相性は分らないのでテストピースや失敗した器で試すと失敗は少なくなりますね！
