I thought your tutorial was very good. Just one question I have got. My app does update the location fine and the map moves. But the marker does not. It produces a colur line from the first location where the marker is to the current location. Is there a way when the location is updated for the maerker to move as well?

One problem is there this will not show how many students are there. But all other features are there. Use webview to convert administrator's view into an APK.

You can also try removing the second parameter and instead type new OnCl and then ctrl + space to check the available methods.

Sure, it's possible to do that. You need an app with location tracker similar to this but also send the co-ordinates to a server so that you can view it from anywhere. It shouldn't be that complex.

There are a few ways I can think of to do this, most common would be to store the location of the first devices in the server and get that location in your second device.
