There are issues about the validity, authority, longevity of the UN treaties of which Muslim nation states are signatories. The UN treaties represent a body of international law that obstructs and inhibits the practice of the Deen of Islam. They are partially designed to undermine Islam and to impose Tawaghit power over Muslim people and to inhibit the Deen. They cannot be accepted as perpetual laws of the land without critical review of whether they are compliant with Shariah as ascertained by adl fuqaha
