I Opened the Paldean Fates ETB 6 months later

I opened the paldean fates elite trainer box 6 months after release to see what cards I could pull, Today I was aiming to pull a shiny shinx and a few other shinys that I found very cool but could I pull what cards I wanted or would I have to try again another day?
Also I apologize for the low quality video but the videos will become better over time as a I learn as a card opener... lol
