That was pretty cool watching the baby with its first encounter with us scary humans. Uh oh ….water low! Who’s back there…..I heard a little ones voice, lol. (Love the kids too! :) )
Jumping for joy since no digging was needed! Nothing more stressful than water issues. It sure is easier to get on and off a four wheeler compared to a horse. I started needing a boost so my husband put a small set of stairs in the paddock for me. Now that our 3 horses have passed, 2 miniatures are enough chores for Grandma. Enjoying watching you young folks, always remember, getting old is not for sissies!
I have had a lot of Pleasure watching your videos, I would love to live like you Big Ranchers do, am a Horsewoman and have been all my life, barrel raced on some great ones, luv your breeding program, AMAZING ARIZONA!!!!
Thanks for letting us come along😅😂🤣!!! Fun watching you guys work.. we haul water daily.. u have a nice water system.. the foal was beautiful 😍 Keep up the good work 👍🏽
Love watching your videos. I used to have a mare and ride when I was a teenager but am in my 60’s now. Having had the experience of owning a horse and riding often is one of the most memorable of my life. I hope you are safe from all of the fires raging across Arizona right now.
So many beautiful horses! Each one prettier than the last one. Whoever matches your mares and stallions has a wonderful eye. ❤ While watching you fix your water problems, my local water company pulled up, turned off my water, and is replacing my meter! Weird timing. God must be in charge...He has a sense of humor! 😂
Thanks Again ! That was fun! Still playing catch up. I sure like the way you guys do things! I miss being around horses and all the hard work. Old and crippled up now and love riding along with ya! 💕
I love watching your video’s..... I grew up in South Africa on a 46 000 ha farm ( yes , that’s right...... 2.47 acres to the hectare)...... now because of circumstances , I live in a foreign country . Oh how I miss our farm, it really breaks my heart. Thank you so very much that you share your ranch with me, it makes me so sad , but also happy...............
Repairing water is one of the other parts of ranch work but has to be done. Glad y’all didn’t have to dig and replace pipe, y’all got lucky! I used to work on a small horse farm/ranch and their are days like this, including days when alfalfa Timothy hay came in on a tractor trailer with 3 strand 100 + lb bales etc, not fun day but all a part of it. Thanks, I enjoyed it!
Oh watching that young lady working with her foal was wonderful. I started working with my foals when they popped out. When I sold them they were green broke.
What a sensible Colt, really amazing for the first time, letting her pick up feet. Impressive how willing to work with people. Beautiful guy, although I don't think I have seen one that is ungainly or ugly in any way!!!
That gal got her colt settled right down. She will do OK with it. Thought that pump was going to cranky like the new generator was LOL Hope you got a new one. Nothing worse that a small gas engine that will not start
I really like your videos! It helps me appreciate life on the desert in Arizona. My great great grandma, grandparents and Mom were from Arizona (Clifton). They moved to Northern California so that's where I live. It's difficult for sure in the desert, but you do a great job. Water is life, something we don't have a lot of right now with the drought☹️. Do you grow your beautiful alfalfa hay somewhere else?
The woman being able to bond with the foal was great. Being from a city in Minnesota, I always wondered how you get the water from one place to another in AZ. That was good to know.
Haha, the never ending job of feeding horses and maintaining property, Sorry you missed out on your ride or maybe you could exchange the quad for a saddle and the truck for a cart ¶|-)> cute little baby horsey and again great to see good horsemanship, thankyou
The hose on the pump needs changed the hoses are on the pump wrong. The intack is on the top and the exhasut is on the front. Because when you prime the pump its thru the top
I really hope it breaks and all the west states get a lot of rain . Poeple I know here in ark who complain about all the rain we had this year . I tell them to be grateful because out west has been in drought for years .
Horses are amazing. They adapt to the coldest climates, hottest climates, big open country, small stalls, wet areas, dry areas and so forth. God made amazing animal. Theses horses look good and well cared for.

We don’t grow our own hay
Out west, water hauling can be a every day thing. Air locks are a pain for sure. Have a Great DAY 🇺🇸
Yes sir, every day!!
Beautiful horses but even more beautiful Navajo hostess. Your husband is lucky man
Thank you, I’ll be sure to tell him 😁
Good video enjoyed it thanks for sharing…
The woman being able to bond with the foal was great. Being from a city in Minnesota, I always wondered how you get the water from one place to another in AZ. That was good to know.

Nice video.
Do you guys sell the yearlings too? Because the Palomino is looking real nice. ❤️

Look me up on Facebook Jerry Winn ,he is there
love your german shepard, i use to have one like him. where did you get him. so layed back. just love him.
Craigslist
Do you have trouble with sand colic with your horses?
My thought too.
Very rare for our ranch horses to colic. If anything, the change in weather from summer to fall causes colic to the horses we buy from elsewhere.
do you take hay out to them, cause i dont see what there is to eat for the animals, but they look good
Fish in the water tanks ?
Yes, they keep them clean
Wher About’s is your Property? It’s sounds windy so I assumed Holbrook, Az. Lol
Just East of Holbrook, bordering on the Petrified Forest
Thumbs up.
The hose on the pump needs changed the hoses are on the pump wrong. The intack is on the top and the exhasut is on the front. Because when you prime the pump its thru the top
How did you & Hensen meet? You should do a video on it
Yes,tell me how I can get a good cowboy.
Haha, maybe one day we will. 😉
Your animals look so healthy
Beautiful ranch how many horses? Where did you get get all the horses? We’re they wild? How much property do y’all have??
Jerry raised them all. They are all AQHA registered.
The paint was pretty what’s that one called ?
She’s here for breeding, not sure what they call her. We only have one Paint broodmare and she was a gift.
Is southern Arizona in front also . I know a lot of the west is .
Yep, severe drought!
I really hope it breaks and all the west states get a lot of rain . Poeple I know here in ark who complain about all the rain we had this year . I tell them to be grateful because out west has been in drought for years .
Tell Henson and Jerry to get a box of hog rings they don't bend or twist. Like regular wire
What area are you guys located in
Northern Arizona
I figured out where ya are from your newest video.
Cowboys have to be plumbers too.
Like from🇺🇦 Ukraine.
Do you use goldfish to keep the water clean?
Yes
Was that a fish in the tank?
Yes
Did this foal come back for 90 days rides with Henson
No
Is Czar a stud or gelding ?
Stud
I know you hauled fresh water but why did you drain it into a tank that had so much dirt and sand in it?
#ranchlife
❤️🐴
Good grief don't those horses need some shade 😬
Horses are amazing. They adapt to the coldest climates, hottest climates, big open country, small stalls, wet areas, dry areas and so forth. God made amazing animal. Theses horses look good and well cared for.
We have experienced that ranch horses won’t stand in the shade even if provided, go figure 🤷🏻♀️
U need to spray some WD 40 on your tailgate for easier opening
👍❤️👋🇹🇩🐎

Wow I can't believe you don't clean out those water tanks they are filthy
😂
czar is very beautiful
I was real surprised you guys didn't clean out the empty trogh before putting fresh water. You just muddied the water. No Sense.
Well because there was a fair amount of crud around that little trough, I couldn’t get it out from under the panels. Since then we have cleaned the pens and cleaned that trough out. Thanks for the concern 😊
Pee quicker than that water running into the tank
😂
Hes got the hose hooked upcwrong
