Dr. Janine shares how castor oil is good for wrinkles. She talks about how castor oil comes from the seed of the Ricinus communis plant or castor beans. She looks at how castor oil is almost 90% triglyceride fatty acid with the active ingredient of ricinoleic acid. Dr. Janine explains that castor oil helps with detoxification by extracting toxins, helps improve glutathione, and increases circulation. Follow for more natural beauty tips

Just think…it’s soothing and restful, yes. But it’s doing long term work as well. Keeping the thin skin supple, the whole mechanism of the eyes, it's so much self contained machinery.
I ache for people who have dark circles and eyebags. With the slightest, but persistent effort, it can be eliminated as a problem.

@@powerWithinUs4055 Well, that's true half of the time, but dark circles and bags can also be an indicator of of some pathologies and there's no cream or amount of sleep that can eliminate them completely unless you go down to curing the root of your problems.

@@Dr.BarbieP So, do you use 100% farmacuitical pure castor oil, or is it diluted with other oils? Becouse I was taught that since it's so thick and sticky (among heaviest natural oils) , I'm suppose to dilute it in proportion 1:1 with a carrier oil, becouse otherwise it cann't get fully absorbed by the skin otherwise.

Use it with wool flannel compress, you’ll find it near where a bottle is sold. Or use a well worn
    white t-shirt.
Point is to hold the oil against the skin, to make a seal. Use heating pad, about 20 minutes.
The flannel or cover can be used again, refrigerate in a plastic bag.
Learn to do it so you can help others.
The oil is a miracle to jump start the abdominal organs, to relax the tissues, and thereby, the patient.
If you want to take it internally….just a spritz will work. Just put a drop in a nearly empty coffee cup, slug it back.
Remember to place the bottle upside down. All oils. Put the bottle in a coffee mug so it won’t tip over.
Upside down, the oil goes to the cap which forms a seal. Nothing worse than having to discard olive oil, or peanut oil, just store upside down in a tip proof jar.
You owe it to your family to try castor oil packs. It really works. It always works.
To remember all these cool tips and tricks Dr. Janine gives us….take a screenshot. The pictures will go to your Photos, to become like flash cards and…a shopping list.

@@sweetest247 more than one company has-tried and true Edgar Cayce remedies, I use those. Never use big box stores for anything anyway. Castor oil is available in drug stores, it’s clear. These specialty catalogs have cold pressed oil, it's light gold color.
The oil I think has a pleasant odor, slight of Brazil nut fragrance. If you use round cotton makeup pads, you can use more than once, just refrigerate.
Exciting times. We are blessed with the likes of Dr. Janine and others. They’re attracting millions of visitors.
We need this information. In the 70's there was sparse information. Anyone who touted remedies, essential oils, apple cider vinegar, or even whole grains and brown rice, were harshly criticized. Jack LaLanne was the butt of jokes, but he was the start of exercise movement.

When using compresses on the closed lids, you can feel results in minutes. Reduces inflammation to increase circulation.
Spend a few minutes a day. The compresses can be epsom salt water or used herbal tea bags or castor oil.
We need to develop the habit. Give the eyes a rest with a moist compress.
People have-not eye bags….eye saddle bags. That has to hurt. Must be frequent air travel, alcohol as contributing factors, yuck in the air.
Try using compresses on the eyes for ten minutes. Keep a jar next to your chair, the compresses can be reused, just have clean hands.
Try it for ten days. You'll see the improvement. Do a selfie to email yourself, before, after, during.
People dismiss by saying -it’s genetic. So is…doing nothing.

I recently finished chemo! Very stressful indeed! I took hot baths with magnesium flakes and a few drops of magnesium oil, also a few drops of any kind of aroma therapy oil, 2 -3 times a week. I also take chelated magnesium bisglycinate, twice daily.
I also dry brush, quick cold shower to rinse off dead skin, then applied magnesium oil all over. Head to toes. It burns a bit! That means the skin is dry and needs much hydration! Lots of homemade Kefir. This helped to calm me down. Self care number one rule. I hope this helped.
I’m still doing all of this.

Used in 20's and 30's as a purgative. It’s all they had. Not needed to use a whole tablespoon. It’s not that it tastes bad, it’s the viscosity.
Find a way to use it. A glass eyedropper full, a few drops in water, drop on your breakfast toast, no matter how you take it.
People don’t like cod liver oil for the unpleasant aftertaste. Drizzle olive oil on something, or scoop some bread you’re eating. Oil works.
No need to use castor oil as a purgative, use castor oil pack and heating pad. Same…no, better results. Gentle.
Gentle results, heat, relaxation, things will move naturally.
