hey, i cannot open the door for Cmos (in your video second phase, but i have alredy defeatead the other two (ph1 and ph3 in your vid), and the door is closed, with the two green lights being red

had the same issue here, I asked on the steam discussion, apparently there is a valve on the right to open that boss cave. You can find it in the upper left path from the heart (the heart where there's a gearwheel in the center to flip a plank)
