Agar same job me ho to department me jma krwana jroori nhi hai but in the passport office, the whole process is almost same as a fresh passport so they may ask for annexure, so aap intimation letter sign krwa lena, it would be for safe side...I think vo chahiye hoga appointment time pe..

Ek govt employe ka pasport apply kiya tha. Apply krte waqt last me kisi bhi annexure pe click nhi kiya. Wese uske pass noc h department ki tarf se. Passport office me koi problem to ni hogi

Np. then it will be applied and treated as ordinary minor passport, the annexure A benefits is only that if you will submit it then your PV(police verification will be bypassed. but in most minors cases their is no PV.

Hi... which one is better to apply?
vese to all are equally important as they serve different purposes. easier one to make is prior intimation letter annexure H, just you have to fill in 3 copies and keep one with you. just submit it in office and you are free to make passport.
similarly another annexure have different implications and different benefits too.
