Very impressive, I can see the 4 guide rails and counterweight frame, and 8-10 hoist ropes. However, it appears the ropes are anchored to the top of the cab, just slightly back from the door opener. The size of the cab, has to be one huge gear-less traction machine, 60 or more inch driven sheave. With a deflector sheave for the counterweight ropes. Possibility a guiding/support sheave on the if the rope is at an angle.
