If it's up and fits into the loop, use it. But most times, it'll require them to be low. This is often not the case. Either way, a burst window is likely what will kill and using it without proc is not much different. Using it without auto critical is a bit more of a deal.
Hello, i would like to ask a question, first of all huge fan of your content, you mention in the video that you use 7 alacrity pieces , 2 accuracy pieces and 1 critical pieces. I just dont understand where that 1 critical piece come from.
Hey Cease thanks for the Guide ! I have a question regarding gearing. When you say 7 Alacrity +1 Aug, does that mean 7 Enhancements including the Dispatcher Implant, or is it 6 enh + Implant ? Also could you tell me what Augments you're using since in the Guide you said (rest) full crit, do you use only crit augments + the one alacrity or do you mix in some versatiles ? Hope you could answer these questions, would really appreciate it. Cheers
@@CeaseFaith Hey Cease, with the two Accuracy enhancements this Build only comes out at 4.18% accuracy, so we aren't hitting the 5%, does it still work or should I pop an accuracy stim? Thanks in Advance
It does damage but is nearly all white. White damage has its own problems but specifically carnage cant really afford defensive choices without losing a good bit of damage so not too great defensively. It did get cc immunity at least but i would say stick to fury or concentration
@@CeaseFaith Yes, I feel the difference. Just wish there was a written guide with explanation as to waht to do with Gore and when and why to delay things.
Use gore for damage or hold it for movement. If you stay still, you can use it to go up floor levels. Otherwise, just treat it as passive movement and damage. Precision gore is often not used in my playstyle simply because it's so weak. When the class is heavy armor, I will. If it's not, I don't prioritize it at all. Stacking crit buff from shards is most important and ends up being more damaged most of the time compared to gore with only precision. Just don't think about it too much and stay active. Nothing is as fast as high alacrity combat, and you'll need to flex out your rotation constantly.
I love shard of mortis gameplay so much. It's not overly difficult to play but hard to optimise.
Nice work and good info. I bet this took a while to research. We appreciate you!
What do you do when vicious throw doesn't glow when you have three stacks of shard and ferocity+devastating blast up? Thanks.

@@CeaseFaith got it, thanks!
Could we get a Tactics/AP guide sometime? Not that there's much to the spec but these guides are fire.
Yeah I can do that.
The video is live now, the latest one.
Carnage go brrrrrr
I will forever love it for this reason :D.
Question. When you use dual Saber and get auto crit. Why bother triple stacking mortis. For dispatch? It's already auto crit. Won't it be a waste?
Every Crit Chance modifier you have is converted into critical damage modifier when the ability auto crits
great video

It can be from ear, implants, weapons, helmet, chest, gloves, legs and boots.
@@CeaseFaith thank you for the reply :)

All critical yeah, versatile isnt worth it. And yes 7 pieces, including dispatcher so 6+dispatcher. Youll see my numbers and want to mirror it
@@CeaseFaith Thanks for the answer broski. Do you always run High Alac or are there situations you run more crit ?
@@tyjackson7521 for carnage? yeah, I don't like the feel of lower.

@@tyjackson7521 check my video covering things to do before pvping you are missing out on some comp buffs.
quick question can you do PvE tier list? and viability for classes no body covered it in 2023 ty
Pve kinda just goes off leader boards but hatred is top dog.
@@CeaseFaith ty bro how about io merc or sage or sniper?
is this rotation and gear details still correct on what it should be for 7.4
Generally yeah, for a pve guide I would look elsewhere though. Slight gear changes due to 336 being cap.
How is combat/carnage in 4v4 currently with the nerf to double camo?
It does damage but is nearly all white. White damage has its own problems but specifically carnage cant really afford defensive choices without losing a good bit of damage so not too great defensively. It did get cc immunity at least but i would say stick to fury or concentration
Is this spec better than fury or anni for pvp?
Fury is the best of the bunch. Carnage is is harder and easier to counter
hey man new player here, what augments should i be using for pvp?
usually critical ones.
4k alacrity? are you insane?
ua-cam.com/video/nMV_ono6WeU/v-deo.htmlfeature=shared ya. I just prefer it. This was after shards nerf never played original version.
