It's clear they like Micah but, in the golfing sense, they do get frustrated with his attitude which you can see from time to time in the videos.
Micah's physical ability vs mental ability is the widest gap I've ever seen. He's a gifted golfer but really struggles in his mind.

My home course TPC Deere Run Golf Course in the Quad Cities. Another great course in the area is Fyre Lake Golf Course. Jack Nicklaus made the course. It's better than TPC Deere Run Golf Course.

@@alejandrohogan-griffin6683 I really don't know? I thought so as well. I can give my opinion. George and Grant are for more entertaining than Micah and Grant. I feel Micah needs some help with fan appeal or just to continue to work on tournament play. Neither one has said anything. I do believe they still live together.
@@alejandrohogan-griffin6683 Micah's biggest problem is Micah. He throws a tantrum when shots don't go his way. Usually a debbie-downer. I really enjoy the guy, but he can be a vibe breaker.

Me too, I'm only a couple hours away so I got tix for Saturday, I was really hoping to get to follow him for a round in person.
Sad unfortunately, but not surprising. Seems he starts with a good first round, but never follows it up witj a good second.

@@BChandl13 Totally agree with your comment. I was coming from the angle that he said it may be time for "QSCHOOL.. If your thinking "Q SCHOOL" , you better have your $hit together. Those boys will run you over. Monday qualifier on the other hand , you just have to get lucky 1 round and your in.
One more comment , the winner of the John Deere was -19 . Wesley was only able to pull off -3 . Total Birdie shoot out at that course. Look at the names in the field. Not exactly the best the PGA has to offer. Put in Fowler, Johnson, Rahm, Spieth, Morikawa, Cam Smith , Koepka , ETC. The low score might have been -28.
I’ve been watching the videos for a long time and something about the freedom that George and Wesley play with has inspired me and made me believe I can go low. This weekend I shot my first ever 67 (par71) and that was with a bogey on the last. I honestly believe it was because I watch these videos, so thanks guys!!

Hats off to Wesley and his commentary and positive feed back towards everyone. The man "Wesley" a month ago "Boom roasted" me on a negative reply about him. I deserved it but he's such of a great golfer with huge skills that I said he needed to get nicer, it makes him look better. Well Brother, you are killing it. Now you're the most positive person out there and everyone looks up to you for it. WELL DONE brother!!! Heck of a Pro-Am too. Very cool you get to play with Dad and George, its awesome!!!

I have just started following this group. I am 84 years old and we are a golfing family. My 3 kids and 8 grandkids and I am sure some of my 16 great grandchildren will play. My daughter and son-law own a beautiful par 3 golf course for family only. The course was built by a multi millionaire for his own enjoyment. It is amazing to see. I am from old school and don’t appreciate bad language. This video shows you can have a great time with out bad language.
My son and I got to follow Wesley Friday and had the opportunity to talk to your dad. While it was disappointing to see Welsey miss the cut, the time with your dad was incredible. He's just as kind, warm and gentlemanly in person as he is on the videos.

G3 is such a cool dad, and is fun on the channel. Great golf family.
Downhill putts definitely break significantly more. You hit an uphill putt firmer so you hit through the first 1/2-2/3 of the break. Conversely a downhill putt is gonna be hit with far less pace so it’s affected by more of the slope between the ball and the hole. One of the reasons you want to set yourself up for uphill putts.. that and you’re not gonna be as timid. Grant is wild for saying that 😂

I wrote a response above. You are definitely not the only one that disagrees with me. I've been playing for about 30 years or so and my personal experience aligns with my understanding of the basic physics.
That being said, it appears this is highly debated (according to the internet)...lol. I would have no problem being proven wrong.
@@realityobservationalist7290 agree to disagree I guess 😂. The slower the ball is moving the more the slope will affect it. You don’t have to agree with me but I’m confident I’m not wrong, I didn’t even know this was up for debate 😂.
@@realityobservationalist7290I haven’t seen your explanation elsewhere, but from a physics standpoint I can’t imagine up or down hill making a difference, based on acceleration & velocity changes as well as distance. Which is to say, I agree it doesn’t matter.

A downhill putt will break according to the surface, but the acceleration from gravity is aligned in the direction of the putt, making the ball break less and less the faster it goes. Linear momentum from gravity increases making the forces applied by the surface less effective at changing the direction.
In reverse, an uphill putt acceleration from gravity is pointing the opposite direction of the putt, making the linear momentum of the ball due to gravity decrease, making forces applied by the slope more effective at changing the break.

George needs to shallow out his angle of attack a little bit, he's steep which is why his ball striking is so good with Irons and its how he gets those super wide divots (since the club face is cratering into the ground), but the drawback is it doesn't lend itself well to spinning / controlling wedges. Shallowing out the AoA with wedges gives a flatter path and thus more time for contact between the face and the ball, which naturally yields more spin.

Golf is my happy place, between not having to think about anything other than the next shot and the quiet of nature…and while I can’t afford to play as frequently as I’d like to, I can always live bi-curiously through these videos. Great video. I actually played Oak Hill two weeks after the PGA Championship ended and it was an insane experience. Words cannot really describe how immaculate these courses are - I actually had one of the best putting days I can remember because the greens were so true. Always interesting to see pro-level courses up close like this.
Minus 21 won the Classic , what a tournament , it was one of the best ever to watch. Even though the guy who won could really play golf , the competition was fantastic , even with the rain delay ....

I live about 20mins from there try to play it a couple times a year. Watch out for the rough out there, it can get thick! I eagled 10 a few years ago, best one I've ever had! Awesome to see all you guys play it together!

Yeah, went to Phoenix years ago and hit some balls before the Phoenix Open. I was surprised they let us do it, but the folks there in the clubhouse were amazing! The grass on the range was shorter and better than what we putt off of at home. Felt bad taking a divot.

The one tour course I’ve ever played. Hole 5 where you started was my best hole of the day. I was in the fairway bunker off the left and hit my grandpas old 7wood on the green and birdied. I shot 94 for the round but I’ll never forget hole 5. Thanks grandpa!

To me this video isn’t about the golf. It’s more about a father and his two son playing in an event together. The Bryan’s do a really good job of showing and maintain a highlighted important on family. This is also why their content is fantastic for the mid 30’s married with kids folks. We appreciate you guys. We all love grant as well so.
