Just curious as to why you always film at your moms house? I am guessing it is because you take care of your mom. I now am making sourdough bread because of your help and valuable information. I have found that if I knead on my table it is much easier to knead. Kneading is my favorite part of bread making. For me it is therapeutic. You seem like such a sweet and kind person and I so enjoy your channel. I am one state over in Alabama.
