We need a balanced budget amendment to start, or this cycle will just continue of course with some provisions and outliers to the amendment and reform our tax system by closing loopholes and make more progressive tax brackets. There's no way you can tell me that our military budget needs to be close to a trilion dollars that is abusrd. Our govt is good at spending money but not good at analyzing or critical thinking in my opinion. I wish our country the best and hope things will turn around for the next generations to enjoy!

Well, Roosevelt solved the issue with 70 to 95 % max income tax.
Politicians work together to spend our money…. They can work together cutting it.
Go back to 2010 budget with a 5% cut to military. Not hard to do.
2 trillion debt... easy ... tax 1/2 of it and cut spending for the other half
