In this lecture, we will be discussing, a short discussion from Imam Ibn al-Qayyim concerning how his shaykh, Ibn Taymiyyah, would recite the six “Verses of Tranquillity” in the Qur’an whenever he would feel under pressure or find himself in straightened circumstances. Ibn al-Qayyim writes that when he tried this spiritual remedy for himself, he too found relief from the agitation or anxiousness he would be experiencing.

Al-Baqarah ayah no. 248
At-Tawbah ayah no. 26
At-Tawbah ayah no. 40
Al-Fath ayah no. 4
Al-Fath ayah no. 18
Al-Fath ayah no. 26
Whenever matters became intense, Shaykh Al Islam Ibn Taymiyyah would recite these verses of tranquility...
It is being said that when one repeats these verses 7 times with true understanding and conviction, Allah (swt) shall lift from him his affliction... In sha Allah

The Prophet PBUH told us only one sect from the 73 will enter paradise
Every sect claims to be following the Quran & Hadith
Joining a sect means we abide by the teachings of the sect & this is the real problem
The problem is we connect to a sect & then go along with whatever we have been taught, even if some of the teachings contradict the Quran & Hadith
The perfected & complete islam taught us to follow the Quran & Hadith
If we all simply followed the Quran & Hadith, we would only have one sect
To be amongst the correct sect, we must strictly follow the Quran and Hadith
CONCLUSION 👉🏻 The BEST way to unite the ummah is by following the Quran & Hadith

account" (Al Imran 26-27) Allahm have mercy on us and O Allah! Grant me enough of what You make lawful so that I may dispense with what you make unlawful, and enable me by Your Grace to dispense with all but You."
