Im a bit worried about Ndiye to be honest... Firstly because I have mates in Marseille & Dakar and both laughed at the €20M. Secondly, I dont believe Everton does psychometric tests part of player the player recruitment process and we have bought lots of lads with a bad attitude, I won't list them here but we can all name half a dozen... I just hope Ndiaye comes with the right attitude and wants to work hard for the team

no i am not happy with Ndiaye signing, he had a terrible last season, at his so called boyhood club. He really doesn't score that many, and to buy him to try him in the premier league sounds very desperate to me. Sure he can dribble with the ball, but he won't come back to help defend, and he isn't pacey either. I am just stunned we bought him. Just another Beto (is most certainly is not premier league quality) but without the pace and the fact he can dribble..just don't understand this signing at all, there are better gambles across Europe. I am getting very concerned with our director of football. Yes Ndiaye played well for sheffield united in the Championship, but the gulf in class between the two leagues is massive. It's why a lot of these championship clubs end up being relegated as soon as they come up, because they can't afford the ridiculous cost of premier league players or their super increased wage demands they wouldn't get in the championship. The fact he struggled really badly in the french league for Marseille speaks volumes that we shouldn't have gone anywhere near him unless he was on a free even then I would question the sanity of wasting wages on him.
