Vegas always looks bad analytically but they still keep winning regardless. Expected goals are worth way less than actual goals, and they don't have a problem getting those this year.
The leafs I think can beat Boston and Tampa and yes this might just be my leafs bias, but if the goalie tandem is healthy and we see the core 4 finally work like they have in the past. The defence is also really good Tanev is a biscuit eater. And I think that berube is the perfect coach for the leafs. I would say that the leafs have more of a 8% chance at the cup
@ they all played decent none played good they all played okay for one series in the past 7 years and they all played like dog shit against Florida in round 2 if that’s the bar for this team that is pathetic
I also think Avalanche deserve a higher %. If they stay healthy I mean your getting the 2022 Avs basically. Now I'm not saying Landeskog will return and even be a 70 point player. But like the team they have. A very solid top 9. Very solid 6 man rotation on defense. And a pretty decent starter and decent backup along with that star power needed. We know Mackinnon Rantanen Makar Nitushkin can become absolute beasts in the playoffs. No not only with steroids. I think there really isn't many teams especially in the west with the ability to shut those guys down. Like Edmonton probably is better they are like the best team right now but like every other team to me stands 0 chance.
Yeah after I seen my Habs in 2021 get their ass whooped by Tampa in the first 3 games, I know what they can do. I had them beating them making the finals last year with the Oilers. And with some obvious improvements along with Vasy playing back at a legit elite goalie with a .918 and 2.38 gaa. That team is dangerous. I still do think they are at the worst the second best team in the east. I have them above Boston Toronto Washington Carolina Ottawa pretty easily. I think they are better then NJ just now because they are more experienced in post season. Florida I mean man that's a good series. If we see it in round 3 imo an easy lock to be the best series of the whole post season. Overall if your a Tampa fan I hate your team. But your too good to hate. I give them a 10% chance matching Florida.
Devils being #1 is laughable. Keefe is out coached every series and their style of hockey is way too run and gun for playoffs. I would be shocked if they won a round
Devils don't have the playoff experience. Even Wild have more extensive exp. I would give Devils lower chance than Kings, which have shutdown skill and the deep experience. Oilers should be bumped up, even if McDrai were not sandbagging. Oilers are brewing the perfect storm if they do the minimum required now and get in the playoffs fully healthy.
The LAST thing the devils need right now is a panic move. Yes they’ve lost 4 in a row. Yes they’re in a scoring slump. Yes they have next to zero depth scoring. None of this means the should trade a high draft pick or a grade A prospect for a rental.
Cup champs #2 by year 2024: Ekblad or Montour 2023: Theodore 2022: Toews 2021/2020: McDonagh. Gavrikov is good but he is not a legit #2 on a cup winner (most likely)
@ they have gone against the same team who has countered their old style very well and who has also had great playoff success and is mosts cup favorites. That’s like saying Wild and Devils have no chance cause they sucked last year, just not relevant
@@MikeBartner We kinda did, it might not be as noticeable on the ice as it is in the locker room, but the PLD trade is a big change, and bringing in the guys we did has helped completely turn the culture over. The coaching change too, even tho it was not made in the offseason only started giving fruit this season. The team is filled with leaders and playoff experience, Kopitar, Doughty, Lewis, Kuemper and Edmundson have 8 cups between them, Foegele and Danault have been to the final, the team is a mixture of solid veterans and hard working youth, Lafferiere, Turcotte, Byfield, Clarke and Spence all have the desire to win and the compete level in them that some of our earlier prospects like Bjornfot, Kaliyev and Kupari had lacked. I still think the management is responsible for some of what has happened with those kids, and simply just giving away Durzi and Vilardi for nothing, but the team as it is now is completely willing to play the two way game, everyone is bought in to the system and willing to give their all. Trust me as a Kings fan who has watched a disappointing team for the last 3 years and a fanbase that was seemingly at the breaking point with the management when I say that this team just feels different this year.

HAHAHAAHAAHA
Im a sens fan and Ottawa has no chance at ever actually being good
@@Mistahpope they are i'm pretty sure they are currently in a playoff spot

if you will add all the odds in the video you will get 93, so the sens got 7%?

I'm a Devils fan and I agree. Were tougher but still a bit soft. That being said there is no perfect team. I like our chances.

When has the leafs core 4 ever worked In the playoffs?

I agree (ultra-biased Avs fan)
Kaner to Dallas would be a good fit, there powerplay is ass and Kane is still one of the best on the PP
Dallas’ PowerPlay isn’t bad cuz of the personnel, Steve Spott’s PowerPlays have proven time and time again to be ineffective.
id love kaner on the stars for a cup run. hopefully we dont get knocked out in 6 in the conf finals this year
Ahem, and what about the Blackhawk’s huh? Pffff…..😂😢
If the kings get a point producer to play on that top line with Kopitar and kempe watch out
Mike add time stamps and stop saying, “every team” if you aren’t going to include every team, it’s clickbait, pure and simple.
My bad I'll change it to every playoff team
I mean u can just insert 0-1% for everyone else probably. Not really bad click bait
If he doesn’t, I’ll gladly add time stamps :)
a coffee with that too ?
Sharks: 100%
Where are the ducks? 🤔🤔
Jersey "solid bottom six" 😂
Robertson and Hintz have been MUCH better and Dallas actually has had two good top lines here lately.
How are you firgetting Andrew Cristall? Dude is killing the WHL
NJD have no weaknesses until Markstrom has to play in the playoffs
They didn't win one game against the Sharks this year. Fraud team
Feel like you’re sleeping on the Caps.
why wasn't Ottawa included? they're still holding on to that second wildcard spot
They would have literally less than a one per cent chance to make the SCF.
@@mcdaviddeservesbetter8 it's actually 1.2%, so not less
Pens vs habs conf finals get ready
Devils are on a huge slump rn, loss 4 in a row and their offense is stagnant right now. Wouldn't rate them too highly.
Fair fair rough loss to the Sharks today

Devils do not deserve high chances. They are a joke right now and we all know Fitzgerald is way too slow to react in fixing clear issues.
What's their clear issues right now?
Yet they set records for suppressing teams to very few shots ? Idk what ur on bud 😂 how are they a joke?

saying the kings don’t have a number 2 is kinda crazy, gavrikov has played so good this year, aswell as anderson defensively.
