Buyers mostly are more interested in the luxurious amenities but pay little heed to the space inside the house.The second factor is the name of the developer never mind the layout and construction quality. The rooms in DFF properties here are way too small.

Good video. But, you should have shown the 3BHK block which is on the other side of the revenue road. There's substantial difference between 4 and 3BHK blocks.
It is good construction, looks is amazing, its quite open, well maintained, location is good, courts are nice.......around 2cr is fine.

Seriously...all 2700 sqft size apartments are of this size??? Rooms are so small that even after queen size bed you won't get any space left and kitchen😆😆😆...miniature kitchen is a right word...visited this property 5 times but couldn't convince my wife for once...I was biased for this project because of its club only...

All 4BHK flats don't have such poor space utilisation. Though several projects of DLF are amazing but this one is indeed OVER PRICED. very disappointed at this sample plan of Ultima .
Any other project in New Gurgaon u know equivalent to this... Which is not overpriced but as good as this...

The space is not utilized in this sample... Kitchen is small because it is closed.. I opened mine and it is very spacious now...

Very low in area efficiency..it's almost in range of 50%. Kitchen is rediculously small & gadgets can't fill the gap for area..
