I have a question sir, I am a fresh graduate Food Technologist and often I am asked to choose 1 field like QA, QC or RND currently I am not sure which field to choose I have knowledge about all these fields so can u tell sir how to choose a field when u haven't worked in any for a long period of time
This is such a common question repeatedly asked by the fresh graduates...try not to limit yourself to just one or 2 fields..be open to work in any scope under food science and technology..there is a tough competition in getting a job..so try to get into the field first and start ur job career whether it is in R&D, production, QC, QA etc. Once you are in the field, you are in better position to change and select the field in next switch..meanwhile don't stop studying about the field you are interested to work...all the best..
