@@DEADtoRISE08yeah, I refused her wish in the ending I chose and I really regret it. Songbird really is like V in many respects just perhaps a tad bit more destructive. V goes around killing dozens of even hundreds of people to get to Mikoshi. Hell, even their problems come from the same source, their own bad decisions that were worsened by those around them. V still went on a mission to steal from AN ARASAKA not just the corp but a member of the family. Yet, Jackie, T Bug and even Dex were also desperate to do the heist for their own reasons. So Mi was already a dangerously adventurous netrunner but then getting press ganged into the FIA and forced to utilise the Black wall for Myers ended up getting her possessed by their universe's closest equivalent to a demon or eldritch being.
She in a similar situation to V, but she is using everyone around her without caring about others problems to be able to live. She was willing to kill civilians for that goal and betrayed V. For me the choice seems obvious, but at the same time, we dont want the myers having that kind of weapon.

here's what I noticed, throughout the Cyberpunk lore, Netrunners fucked things up then either cry about it after that or karma got to them 1. Roche Bartmoss almost set the entire world back into the stone age and unleashed rogue AIs that are eldritch af bec of "DOWN WITH THE SYSTEM WOOO". Then eventually regretted it and died a miserable death in a fridge in the middle of a junkyard dump 2. T-Bug was blinded by her own ambition and didnt think things through for the heist which led V into the mess. Suffered a horrible fate by Arasaka 3. Alt Cunningham was secretive af and made the very biochip for the very corp that her boyfriend hated for what they stood for. Ended up being integrated into an AI after getting trapped in the digital world, making her dead essentially 4. The Voodoo Boys trying to poke holes at the Blackwall thinking these rogue AIs would spare them into the new stage of humanity. Depending on V's choice who effectively brought the collapse of the gang 5. Then there's Kiwi from Edgerunners 6. And now we got Songbird
Bias take, and wrong. 1. Roche Bartmoss's heart stopped in 2020 and was effectively tied to the net and was on life support in the fridge for 2 years before he died. The Datakrash happened in 2022, after his death. It was litterally his last laugh. (There's a debate on whether the Datakrash happened when his heart stopped or when he fully died, but either way he never regretted it.) Besides, the demons beyond the blackwall aren't even all his. The reason it became a full no-mands land were the military AI's that inadvertantly got unshackeled by his R.A.B.I.D.S. when he tried to air Corporate dirty laundry. 2. T-Bug died because she stayed to help V and Jackie get out and complete the gig, risk of the job - a job inspired by Coporate Dirty Laundry. 3. Alt Cunningham, created the predecessor program for Soulkiller which was origonally just a draft for recording and copying someone's psyche - corps warped her work, not her - and she was forced to make more. It was actually Johnny who trapped her in the world by pulling her plug too early making it impossible for her to return. However, she was responsible for several breaks against Arasaka and other corps and exists to present times as a thorn in Coporation's side, creating a safe haven for victims of Soulkiller in the "Ghost City." She's also cirtical for destory Mikoshi, Arasaka's coporate dirty laundry. 4. Not going to defend Voodoboys, they're intended to be 'bad netrunners' for the sake of the story. They're effectively digital cultists of the Blackwall. 5. Kiwi's a complex character - but you forget that she was actualy Sasha's replacement who died airing Biotechnica's dirty laundry about a medication that killed her mother. 6. And Songbird is pretty much as much as a victim as anything, she was forced to poke the blackwall and get infected - becoming coporate dirty laundry. See the through line here? Coporations - free Netrunners stir up and expose coporate dirty laundry. It's the captured ones that cause the problems.
@@desertdude8274 That was a skill she developed as an FIA agent most likely at Myers' orders. She was recruited because she was a pretty damn good netrunner at the age of 19 if I remember correctly. To me saving song bird was worth it. I was in the military so I understand Reed but he also with held information on his true intentions and I don’t like that. She also betrayed V, but it was to survive at all cost. Same as Vs journey, do what it takes to survive. Don’t care much about the rewards, felt like the right choice.
Same. I was heartbroken having to kill Reed but in the end he ONLY wanted So Mi alive whether or not she suffered in the grips of Myers and the FIA. I wanted to set our girl free and give her a fresh start at life, it would've made her entire plot worth it in the end versus the other options. Still hurts they all couldn't get a happy ending, but like you said it also feels like it was the right choice.
Same. So Mi has a line on the train where she say" you're strong V, stronger then me, you will find a way" and she's goddamn right. So Mi may be the main character of PL, but Vs story begins and ends with Arasaka.
I Turned her over. Regardless of how she tries to sell it... she killed hundreds, if not thousands without a single drop of remorse. Even V is just a means to an end. She deserves what is coming. Meyers and Reed? They'll get theirs eventually.

@@requiemagent3014 it's complicated. they were going to make 2 or 3 (3 being best case, but 2 pretty much guaranteed) expansions but had to use the time allocated to fix the game. the only reason they didn't scrap PL is because it was mostly done when the base game launched. this doesn't, ordinarily, mean projected future expansions will be scrapped. if 2.0 and PL are a hit (and they are) it would be silly not to continue on a new updated schedule.
Love how a intelligence based item (Canto), Is locked behind a high tech ability, (Which shocker shocker) if you don't spec into, you have to hope to god you can either glitch into the room, or well that's that. no fancy cool gun or cyberdeck for you.
Oooo that looks sick I can’t wait to get this! It reminds me a bit of the Outbreak Perfected gun in Destiny with all those red vfx
That’s exactly what I was thinking
I love how the eye on the erebus blinks an looks around crazy detail
This mission had my heart rate through the roof
to obtain canto you need to channel your inner traumas from alien isolation
Just completed the mission and acquired the blueprint for the erebus (didn't get the other one sadly) and I have to admit, I do not regret choosing the gun.
Badass blackwall effects and even transfers blackwall energy to a target, this gun is badass!
I ply on very hard. Is it as hard as people say? Is this robot really chasing after you like crazy?

When he goes back up into the ceiling it saves. Then you can roam about freely. Definitely listen for distinct sounds.
The Cerberus totally game me Metroid Dread EMMI vibes with it. including how it destroyed you when caught.
That damn thing caught me from behind like 6 times...V stops, looks down and sees a giant drill flying out his chest. Running didnt help lol
Coolest shit I just experienced is Netwatch will occasionally come after you if you use Erebus or Canto mk6
the somewhat damaged mission was genuinely terrifying. That damn robot gave me nightmares

Sidequest pretty much turns the game into Alien Isolation.
Congrats on being the first guy to make a video about this dude!
here's what I noticed, throughout the Cyberpunk lore, Netrunners fucked things up then either cry about it after that or karma got to them
1. Roche Bartmoss almost set the entire world back into the stone age and unleashed rogue AIs that are eldritch af bec of "DOWN WITH THE SYSTEM WOOO". Then eventually regretted it and died a miserable death in a fridge in the middle of a junkyard dump
2. T-Bug was blinded by her own ambition and didnt think things through for the heist which led V into the mess. Suffered a horrible fate by Arasaka
3. Alt Cunningham was secretive af and made the very biochip for the very corp that her boyfriend hated for what they stood for. Ended up being integrated into an AI after getting trapped in the digital world, making her dead essentially
4. The Voodoo Boys trying to poke holes at the Blackwall thinking these rogue AIs would spare them into the new stage of humanity. Depending on V's choice who effectively brought the collapse of the gang
5. Then there's Kiwi from Edgerunners
@@KalarMeadia You realize she being able to tunnel the Black Wall is the reason she's needed right?
Alt didn’t make it for them, they kidnapped her and stole it, then repurposed it for their own use
@@desertdude8274 That was a skill she developed as an FIA agent most likely at Myers' orders. She was recruited because she was a pretty damn good netrunner at the age of 19 if I remember correctly. And she's not just needed because of that, there's also the fact that she's done it for Myers' and it's pretty much international law not to screw with the blackwall, huge scandal if that gets out
@@randomisaac5959 Good Netrunners are everywhere and Myers never told So Mi to breach the BlackWall Reed recruited her to stop her from getting in trouble with Net Watch. She was already a skilled arrogant Netrunner before she even got a deal to work with the FIA. Myers only needs her for the Black Wall and that is why there was so much effort to get her out of Dogtown and why she has access to so much Militech hardware.
Out of all videos and walkthrough I watched about Erebus, none of them mentioned that I need 20 tech ability point to get it otherwise it's a no go
To me saving song bird was worth it.
Do you regret going to the military?
Wow i didn't know you can get into a storage room to get the Erebus Blueprint. If you go up close enough to the door you can target the panel on the other side(using scan) and if You keep mashing the open button eventually it'll open up from the other side.
can confirm this still works. thank you for sharing this tip 🤘
Ended up playing this at 2am. Holy shit, didn’t expect this to be in the game
Canto Mk6 seems strong. Just not nearly as deadly as a high tier Contagion was near the release on Cyberpunk, where you'd wipe out a whole building with like 2-3 quickhacks. :D
The one thing i needed for my netrunner and i missed it by choosing songbird 😭
Picked up the chip from the Cerberus corpse and now that I’m hours past doing that just now noticed that I don’t have it in my inventory. Love this game.
Doing this mission really scared the sheeet out of me since it was unexpected. I went into the dlc blind and had no idea what would happened.
i can tell you my V needed to change her shorts after that mission.
@@tree003a V and I both had to change our shorts after that mission XD
If you liked it, I recommend "Alien Isolation" for you. Great horror game with that kind of vibe.
@@noway8662 Iv heard good things about Alien Iolation i will give it a try.
I love the Erebus, pretty much the only gun I use at the moment.
The Voodoo Boyz dont call the AI’s devils for no reason 😂 they are scared of what will happen once the Blackwall bursts
You can also get Erebus without having Tech Skill 20. Hack all 4 terminals and then open the sealed gate. Go through it, but only a FEW steps (to not trigger the robot chasing you), right behind the gate: look up. There’s an illuminated ventilation shaft at the ceiling. Use the mantis blades combined with charged jump to get in, leading you into the maintenance room with Erebus. Alternatively, combine the iconic guts shotgun with charged jump. Or, using the iconic sniper rifles O'Five or Borzaya (firing explosive rounds on the ground beneath you) combined with a pre-charged high jump also does the trick! 🥳
It’s kinda poetic. Erebus is the gateway to hell in Greek myth.
I have a feeling they are going to add this in the update so that you can get both
I had a netrunner build before the respec and wanted the sandevistan build so badly, seeing this makes me regret my decision to change
Yeah the mission was scary at first...but after the first 2 catches i just told it calmly to fuck off

How do you duplicate the component?
you don't need to pay hands or do yoko's side quest for the corrosion quest.
Real shame that you have to betray songbird for it, guess I won't be getting them
Yeah I feel ya, if you don’t betray songbird you miss out on both of these and all of the iconic weapons you get off Kurt.
@@AndrewAllen-mx9yw They could have shared the weapons between the two paths, reed gets the smg, songbird gets the cyberdeck, or something at least, because like you said, you lose on 4 iconics if you go with songbird

How can we duplicate the black wall component?
Asking the same question here, would love using both of them at the time if possible
I feel wrong using either of them. The way the victims scream when the Blackwall took them, it feels like i killed their souls too.
The infection uploads the victim's soul into the Blackwall.
can you make a video on how to duplicate the cerberus component to get both the cyberware and erebus?
I tried duplicating it on xbox, you can’t pick up the duplicate anyway
maybe try making it the weapon or cyberdeck first once you have already have the dupe component on the ground then try to pick it up once you have use the first component for crafting @@KonradCursed
never mind, look like someone else has already tried this and it didnt work
That robot mission was horrifying
So are those sounds at 3:27
Supposed to sound like birds being scared as a connection to songbird being taken over you think? When I was playing I couldn’t help but hearing frightened birds whenever that sound came on in Cynosure
⚠️‼️⚠️ to have both, you must first collect the two objects and the behavorial system component then you can duplicate the system.
-By placing it on the ground then you pause a few hundredths after having paused the bag with the object placed disappeared during the menu pause you save then load the game then if the object is there you must not pick it up but put the one that is in your inventory in a hideout then pick up the one that was duplicated so you have one in your inventory and one in your hideout you managed to duplicate it.

that mission in the bunker turned the game into a horror one
This is why this game needs NG+. To run the game back with these dope gadgets
you can also get the code to the room much earlier on, in a terminal message. I saw it and thought "this will be useful later" and it was!
Please note, you have to absolutely have at least a level 16 technical ability to open the first door there’s no way around it. I visited a previous save in the middle of the something’s damaged quest to run off and level up and it fails the dlc story if you run off of the path and will then be unavailable to continue.
Very flawed.
I already respecced all my attribute points, and did not level technical ability. Fucking sucks that there's no other way to get it apart from modding. I am not making an entirely new save just to get this weapon
Where do I go I try to activate the terminal but I need 18 tech and I have 16
@@RipCityBrady I think the requirements are level scaled. Because I was leveling to get 19 for a Technical ability choice in Songbird's ending and when I got it and went back the requirement was raised to 20
You do not need to talk to Mr. Hands to get the Blackwall items, although if you do talk to him during that sidequest, you then get gifted with the MaxTac Mantis Blades.
I might of shat myself while playing this mission
I was staring down the hall and the robot popped up in my face in the blink of an eye. I was bamboozled hard.

Happened to me. I had really hoped to not betray songbird, and I didn’t on my first run. Reloaded once I found out that all the super cool loot hangs on siding with reed. Sad they locked us into that.
Me too had to go Back into that pain in the ass level and get them. Sucked but it's over now lol. Also the code is on a computer somewhere if you're not 20lvl
I didn't even know erebus talked to you! dayum
Freaked me out when the gun started talking to me, I finished a downed guy with a headshot and Erebus said “The same fate awaits your whole species” in a menacing voice.

Too bad before the release of phantom liberty they said this is the only expansion for the game which is sad because they must have spend a lot of money to fix the game back to the good state
No more support for Cyberpunk after Phantom liberty. They already told us so. They want to make a sequel but absolutely no specifics. Could be ten more years from now
@@requiemagent3014 with the renewed interest in CP2077 following Edgerunners, and now Phantom Liberty, i hope they change their minds if so. Last 24hr peak steam chart player count was near 240k, sitting at top 5 games.
It’d be awesome but that’d be too big a feature plus they’ve sadly confirmed there won’t be anymore expansions despite promising at least 2. Hopefully it’ll come in Orion but who knows. Would be cool if once you got good enough you could go beyond the Blackwall and find schematics for very powerful weapons and cyberware or something.
BUT, cdpr were to drop Red Engine after Cyberpunk, changing over to Unreal i think. THAT is behind schedule and is costing them money every day. 2077 will get a couple of bug patches and that's it.
It would be cool if, when you died using erebus or canto, the death screen would change into something indicating a worse fate than death, like your conciousness being consumed by rogue AIs, which is´what seems to happen to everyone you kill using those two.
@ShepardCZ dude that would've been awesome
If an Eldritch horror morphed into a gun -itsyaboybrandi.
Videos like thishave convinced me never to do 'somewhat damaged', If I wanted to play a horror game I would go play Alien isolation. They could make those weapons the most overpowered weapons and I would still say 'F this S, I am out'. If I want it, I will spawn them in.
Black Wall energy = a stroke, heart attack and a seizure all at once.
How do you duplicate the item needed to make either the gun or the cyberdeck?
how do you make a copy/dup it to make both?
Awesome explanation. Keep it up.
if you are focused on the mission tasks, both items can be easily missed.
I can here Darth Vader saying "There is no conflict"
Yea and then netwatch rolls up on you while taking a sweet midnight walk

It's also saying I don't even have the component which is BS
Why are the Reed ending rewards so much better 😭
how do you get your computers to work? Mine always kick me out and I have to back away from them then use them while zoomed out if I want to use them at all
In my opinion they made it way too hard to get Erebus. As did they with several other iconic weapons, one of which goes on V’s weapon wall. I often wonder what they were thinking
How do you duplicate the behavioral system component
Wish i know
Hey everybody I have a question I had my weapon’s inventory wall completely full before patch 2.0 but now it has new weapons slots & Im trying to figure out what weapons to get that will completely fill my wall up again, when somebody gets a chance can u send me a list of the new weapons I need to look for to fill up the new weapon slots if u guys can thanks
You can duplicate the shard before speaking to yuko and it allows you to pick it up but it doesn’t show you have two in your inventory. So what I did was duplicate the shard before speaking to yuko then left the duplicated one on the ground , did the quest and after I was still able to pick up the behavior shard but wasn’t allowed to speak to yuko to hack it. So now I have the original behavior shard in my inventory and the Cerberus decoded which I used for erberus. It’s the best outcome for now if I’m any case in the future you can use that shard or find a glitch to have yuko work on the duplicated shard
So for now you cant get both in 1 Playthrough even with glitches?
@@DaToby98 correct
@@DaToby98 you can duplicate the Cerberus behavioral chip but it won’t allow you to pick it up and it just stays on the ground. It might be locked because you do get a message saying you have to choose one then you get another mess after choosing saying you made a choice. At this point just get the item you did not craft with a command.
