It took me a while to get the right Hermes cushion I ordered a different one originally from the website a while ago but it was grey and didn't go as well with the other cushion, this one pairs perfectly I think. Thanks for watching Virginie, glad you liked my bag charms, I love the colours I ended up with. Loving the cushion and sandals too. Yes I was hoping that they'd be able to fix the bracelet, but I was happy to get a credit note and some new items I like, I have no idea what Chanel would have done to be honest but I am glad Hermes made it pretty painless.
