Jabbari testified that she saw a text on Majors’s phone that read, “I wish I was kissing you right now.” Then, when they entered their car, she grabbed the phone from him before feeling his “weight” on top of her.
The actor allegedly struck “a really hard blow” to Jabbari’s head.
According to PEOPLE, Naveed Sarwar, the former couple’s taxi driver, took the stand on Monday, December 11. Speaking with a translator, Sarwar alleged that Majors “was not doing anything.”
Instead, Sarwar added that Jabbari “was doing everything.”

The text messages are starting to make a lot more sense. He stated that even if she told them the truth they're not going to be her and they would investigate. Which sounds like the classic abuse story of I was drunk and did it to myself line regardless if it was true. And the fact that she was trying to record him is sus AF. On top her trying to set the scene as if she was trying to commit suicide but didn't expect him to call the police since he fears calling the police. And now that the da knows they don't have a case in order to save face they need to try to charge him on something even though every initial claims she may turn out to be a lie. The doctor that got on the stand basically disproved all of her lies about the injuries. Collect all your story then come back and make another video with some actual truth and details instead of skimming the story like every other trash network

A man defends himself 1 time against his female attacker, he is now labeled a woman beater for life(with a simple wrist grab not a punch) and has a record that will follow him until he dies no matter how the situation actually went down smh. those text messages were released out of context, and redacted. He wasn't telling her to not go to the hospital because he hit her. he never touched her. She has a pattern of drunkenness. And falling.

AFTER she chases him, she can be seen in video with NO injuries. they are not together for three rest of the night, and she turns up in his home with injuries. Nah, its the charges they're trying to put on him. Most of them either got thrown out or will be found not guilty on. However there's 1 misdemeanor charge they might try to pin on him. More bunk & Bull......Majors was immediately arrested and his arrest was reported by the media within hours. The girlfriend (who the driver confirms was the aggressor & confirmed Major's version of events regarding her snatching his phone away and refusing to return it) she is arrested 7 months later, charged with assault and criminal mischief, but the DA elected to not move forward with prosecution although it was her inappropriate behavior that set that evenings events in motion.. The DA charged Majors and set about to portray him as an angry violent black man that beats women. Neither of the parties should have been charged. His attorney should have piped up b/c this is a low-level charge that has been blown way out of prop. The DA saw an opportunity here and deliberately set about to negatively impact this man's name,rep, and image.

The text are not telling cause Ms.Jabari text that was shown was heavily redacted. A paragraph and whole sentences was redacted and not shown to the jury. She also testified under oath prior to March 2023 he was never physical and those text were from 2022

@nitmare64 He was found not guilty on two charges. He was found for the lesser charges. He was found guilty on a technicality cause he lifted the drunk bitch into the car and accidentally may have caused an injury. The jury didn't believe he assaulted her in the car or did harm purposely. Don't talk to me if you gonna just say guilty and not breakdown the 4 charges and what they meant

The "criminal charge" is the 5 of 6 white men and outnumbered black woman say he may have unintentionally hurt her when he pushed her back in the car and the n@@er should have know better.
