Hi Kerry - do you mean without using a loaf tin? If so, we can imagine the bottom of the bread would be lovely and crispy. Although, we would recommend to check it regularly throughout the baking process.
@@agacooking Yes - thank you. If you can use the roasting oven floor like a baking stone for pizza, I thought you could probably do it for bread. I might experiment!
