I am also sorry for the lost of your cat. I can feel your pain since my Mittens passed away early this year. It's difficult to get used to a cat waiting for you at the door to greet you when you come home, especially when they are no more. 😥😢

My little girl Baby is between 12 to 14 years old. She is still doing great. I hate the thought of losing her, just thinking about this has got me in tears. I understand that their life is so much shorter than ours, but I want the best for her because of the love she shows me. I don't want to lose her any time soon. The gift of a companion pet is unreasonable, please take care of your fur babies and they will give you unconditional love.

She touched my heart in a special way. I still cry thinking about her and it has been almost 5 years. I cry thinking about when my baby will leave me. I'm a bit selfish when it comes to my kitties, I was not able to have kids, so they became my kids. I kept sweetpea's brother, teddy, he had alot of health issues like sweetpea, but was fortunate enough to save him. Vet gave him interferon, learned that this medicine was pet friendly. Also, tons of lysine. I moved and his doctor here gives these pills to him when his health starts acting up and those pills clear it right up. My little man has sinus issues. But he is a teddy bear. I pray comfort finds you well. Time will mend a broken heart and remember that there are more fur babies that need a loving home. When your heart heals and you feel that you are ready for another chance, visit your local shelter and get a feel for who is your next potential baby. Don't rush but make sure about how you feel. One day he was suddenly sick and I didn't listen to my gut and sfter about a week he died I watched him slowly die it was sad and then ri g he after hee passed m y either cat I had to surrender as he has a asthma attack and I has no way to help him ANd was told I had to give em up and now the stray cat here that I have grown fond of he looks so much like the first cat I had seems like he might have something wrong with him I'm not sure but I again. The love of my life, my Marshall Lee died yesterday. He was 10.5 and had kidney disease. We didn't know, since his behavior didn't change until the night before he died. He was always a very thin cat and not super friendly.
He had started getting closer to my daughter and didn't mind being held for a long time, for about three weeks before he died.
The night before he died, he smelled differently. Cannot describe the smell, but smelled sick. He had a second seizure at the vet's and we had to put him to sleep. He's the furbaby I have loved the most in my entire life. I'm absolutely devastated.

This past Wednesday, I had to put my cat “Harley” down after our Vet said his body was shutting down. He had a constipation problem that started when he was about 15 years old. We kept him happy and well and he lived to the age of 18.5 years. The signs in this video my cat was experiencing! I spent the last day with him telling him just how much I loved him and how he was the best little friend I had! My wife and I both cried when he was put down! I recently lost my Tia, it's fking disgusting how hewrt breaking it has been. She was, without doubt, the most loving courageous, cat I've ever known. My heart is broken, to the extent we went straight out and got another kitten because we couldnt stand how quiet the place had become even with 2 other cats. Anyway, every cat I've ever had, before they have passed they all stopped eating, or their appitite reduced. Of your cat does this, get tests done ASAP.

Our Monty passed away today. A grey and black tabby. He stopped grooming, needed his claws cut, had diarrhea recently, lost weight, but had a good appetite until his last two days. We adopted him in 2009. Estimated age was 17. Was sad for us all, but especially traumatic for our six year old son.

same. it’s sad that pet bills exist. my baby has a urine blockage and google says they have 24-46 hours to live. i’m at like 26 hours now. i’ve been crying all day calling hospitals telling me it’s over $1000+ to get the surgery. 😥😥😥😥😥😥 so i just have to sit here and wait for my fur baby to die. i haven’t even slept.

My cat is named gray ... I gave her the food that she wanted... yesterday (Sept. 18) I had some stuff to do....
When I came back, she was not in our house. I looked for her yet did not find her.

What will the vet do? Except for robbing you? My cat is now barely breathing, no appetite (I'm syringe feeding him), weight loss, shaking head constantly, white teeth skin. All these symptoms lead to death. And there's nothing much can a vet do about this. All I can do is to feed him and make sure that he's pooping. He's going to die and I know that. He's only 1 year old. He was already too weak by the time we got him first.

My cat Abby died at age 17 of a heart attack! She passed away fast. That was August 1, 2021 and there's not a day that goes by that I don't miss her. I took very good care of her, always going to Vet. appts. etc. I raised her from a kitten. I was in shock when I took her to my Vet.. and was told about the heart attack! Just 2 weeks prior she had received her yearly boosters and she was fine. She was such a good girl and so affectionate. I'm still sad!😢

Very difficult to watch.
My cat is diabetic and he got really skinny, bone skinny. He's breathing heavily and can barely walk. Doesn't even eat his treats or food. Going to the vet won't help, since we were told by them that there's no way to help him anymore, because of diabetes doing too much damage to the immune system. Now I'm sitting in the kitchen near him on the floor. I put a pillow for him to be more comfortable and less painful. I think he might die today and I'm not ready. I'll never be, I know that, but gosh. I can't.

My boy is doing a bit better, but he's still not eating. Although he purred a few times which calmed me down a bit, but I'm still worried. He wobbles while he walks and just lays on his stomach most of the time. Idk how to help him. I hope he survives whatever this is.

@@JL-ui5xl you won't believe this! My boy is eating normally, he just started today!! I'm so happy right now. Had to force him to eat with a syringe full of liquid cat food and it worked, he started getting better. His breathing got better, the main problem was that he couldn't smell the food so he wasn't eating by himself, his little nose was clogged with buggers, I believe. We gave him medicine for that. Baby steps, but he's finally getting better
