I can enter "service menu" where you turn hotel mode on/off using mute+1+1+9+enter
But I can not enter "engineer menu", I have tried while tv is off this combination info+menu+mute+power, but it does nothing.

Turn off your TV then press the following sequence of buttons: info, menu, mute, power
if it doesn't work try this: turn off your TV then press the following sequence of buttons: Mute, 1, 8, 2, Power.
@Electronics&Computers Sadly, it's not working. Info+menu+mute+power just turns the tv on normally
Mute+1+8+2+power doesn't work because as soon as I press "1" tv starts turning on, if I keep pressing the rest of the button 8+2+power what I will get is it starts turning on as soon as I press "1" and it instantly turns off the moment I finish the combination with "power".

Unfortunately, there's no way to do that through the service menu. The easiest way is to go to any electronics supermarket with your remote, find same TV model or similar and record on video all the original settings.

There's no such feature. Technically it's possible by injecting a photo into TVs firmware instead of a Samsung logo but editing firmware is not an easy job.

Yes, that's it. But I think there also should be that feature in a regular user menu with options: On, Off or Last state.

standalone is for using the Hotel tV by itself. interactive is for using with an STB

Unfortunately there's no way two get into the service menu using smart remote control. You have two options you can buy a regular not original remote control for 5$ the link in the description or if you have an Android smartphone with IR sensor you can use an app to get access into it.
How can I prevent the clients from using UA-cam on the tv. Is there a way to lock it to just to cable (hdmi1) and not let users navigate through UA-cam and the internet on the tv?

Depends on the TV model and brand but in most cases you can easily turn off that mode and use it as a regular TV.

I just wanted to reach "broadcasting" in order to get some TV channels that come through air broadcasting. I could see in youtube videos out there that I should find "broadcasting" and, if it was greyed out, I shoud do some procedures to make that not greyed out (make it functional, in other words) and then I could receive air channels.
My TV (Samsung The Frame) has a different menu, but now I could do what I wanted.
There is another video on UA-cam that is not about The Frame TV but worked fine for me.

I turned my hospitality mode on and then powered off the TV. Now when I try to power it on it doesn't work anymore and it keeps reseting (turning off and on) while I can't do anything.

Power button and count to 10 and let go, your tv will normalized or pull the main plugs for 3 minutes than put back. Tur the tv on. PS if this is the case.

Commercial screen has more limitation for the end user.

youll need to call up the person you bought the tv off and get them to factory reset it in the factory menu

You have to perform unexpected system shutdown by any means (press the reset button, press and hold the power button) right when you see the windows logo NOT LATER. Otherwise it will boot into a safe mode.

One day I went to manually turn off my pre SMART tv 42" tv and when I pressed one of the buttons and a black screen with a 240 of something and I couldn't turn my tv off, all I could do was go up or down on the menu changing the numbers. Not knowing what I was messing with the numbers, moved the number down to 0. I couldn't exit the menu and instead unplugged my tv and restarted it and now the picture is crappy with horizontal lines. WHAT DID I DO? Can you help me fix it?
