sa agency responsible, how about those public officials not within the scope of CSC? i know govt officials and employees are covered by CSC but what about barangay officials ?

Hi sir, out of curiosity lamang po sa question no. 8. It's stated that a, b, and c are prohibited to be conducted by a public official. But what if those private enterprises are registered, licensed, but supervised by a different person. Would it still be prohibited? Like for example, a public official registered it by another person's name. Of course, po di ba? There will be due process by the law? Will the public official be acquitted or considered innocent until proven guilty? 😅

Sir Nomo what if po nag take po ng CSE and sadly wag naman sana "di po nakapasa" and then later on nalaman po na may academic honor (latin), entitled pa po ba iyon ng eligibility under special laws?
