Salted meat recipe:
Pork : 4kg
roasted salt: 0.4kg
galangal : 0.5kg
fermented rice, cereal yeast, coriander. . . Mix all ingredients and meat well and store in an airtight container. After 30 days, it can be eaten.
Recipe for pickled vegetables:
5kg of vegetables washed and dried, then finely chopped and mixed with onions, garlic, chili, sugar and salt. Then put in a jar and pour warm water to cover the vegetables and cover after 1 week to be able to eat.

To everyone who comment on the green potatoes. I have from time to time eaten green potatoes all my life. So has my family growing up and my family now and no one ever got sick. I also worked in restaurants and other catering places that did not hesitate to cook and sell green potatoes to customers and not one person came down sick. I am 63 years old and way more healthy than most people these days.

Ана, дорогая девочка, нельзя есть зеленый картофель, в нем соланин-это гликозид, который вызывает отравление. Чтобы картофель не зеленел, его стебель надо засыпать землей, окучивать тяпкой, чтобы клубни оказались под землей, а не на поверхности. Зеленеют они только на свету. Мы не даем даже животным такой картофель, варка не спасает от отравления. Не делай так больше, береги себя.

Everything looks great
After looking at all the land around your home it might be beneficial to for you have a root cellar. It really doesn't have to be huge or very deep, and with skills at crafting building shelving for it will help you store more food. Also with it being cooler it will last a little longer and you can place more jars in it, all you would have to do is draw it out and roof it from the heat and rainy seasons. It may also serve as a good place to store seeds for the next planting season. Just a little idea I had as I was watching this and it just popped into my mind how Ana could really use root cellar for storing her vegetables.
