Watched/listened earlier...then just did laundry, cleaned my kitchen & washed/treated my face for bed while rewatching because I missed things. We've been eating a ton of veggies & fruits and I've also realized we eat more when it's prepped and washed already.

I wish you could come to my house and do some extreme cleaning. 😩 Overwhelmed isn’t even the word to describe it. I’m passed overwhelmed. Even when it’s “clean” it’s not ... it’s so cluttered.. I’ll start to try to clean and organize and just get so upset, that I’ll stop and cry.. and I know it’s no one’s fault by my own.. 😭

Look up Dana K White and the Minimal Mom as well. They are very helpful for decluttering. Dana is especially great for the overwhelm feeling. If you follow her tips online and read her book u will feel better in no time.

I'm the same. I specifically buy produce for meal planning/recipes and I wash and chop it as soon as I get home from the store so it's so easy to make a stir fry, a salad, a vegetable fritatta, smoothies, etc. It will go bad if I don't do that.
I have Oxo containers made specifically for produce that have liners and venting holes. Like Tiffany we go through it so fast it doesn’t have a chance to go bad or dry out. I also only shop for the week now instead of 2-3 weeks like I used to.
Tiff save the white ends if your green onions put then in a glass with water you can re grow them

Have you thought of buying in bulk to reduce plastic waste? I’m sure there’s local Tare markets that you could bring your beautifully labeled containers too and fill at great prices while saving the environment! I am disabled and would love to have someone come do our house back to clean and rgnized if I could afford it . That away I could just keep up with everything . I really have dreamed about it for s long and looked into it at one time , Not feasable for us . I have multible Chronic conditions so the last 19 yrs as I fel more behind and more discourged . I’m exactly the same! Whenever I go to my close friend’s house, I just automatically organize their stuff. It keeps my mind calm; my anxiety at ease. I just feel so much better when organizing plus I love how everything looks so organized. It’s also my version of “fidget products” if that makes any sense lol

It’s funny you say that because when I was younger my friends and I would sit at each other’s house while the other cleaned. It was something that needed to be done and was more fun with someone to talk to. It was productive and fun to find random things lol. Now cleaning is therapeutic to me. It’s literally what I consider my “me time” and it’s something that I feel needs to be done (dishes for example) so win win!! We’re cut from the same cloth gf! ❤️

I love cleaning too a short story I use to have one of those old fridgerater with the vent at the bottom I noticed it wasn't cooling like it use to I called a professional to look at it and he laughed when he open the vent at the bottom of the fridge it was full of dust I didn't know I needed to do that I was so embarrassed glad for todays new models 😂 great job 👍 you always motive me with your videos 😊 God Bless

Hi Tiffany, I love your channel. I love Thrive Market and try to eat healthier. I did not know you could soak produce in soapy water. It’s absolutely a great idea! I will have to try that. I buy this produce spray from Thrive called “Triple Action” fruit and vegetable cleaner. Honestly, your way seems easier. I just get nervous having pesticides linger.
I loved hearing you used to go to your friends house to clean....SAME! Lol I would organize my friends clothes and toys 😂 And thanks for showing a real life mess...I know it made me feel better about some of the messes that I can’t get to all the time. 💚
