Had a few in depth chats particularly when the permissions info required to play his games was glitching out but he also explained how Microsoft works in terms of achievements. 5000GS maximum and if you publish a game you get a “token” to add new achievements every 6 months, atleast thats how it works for his games. I spoke with him at mid February as I expected all Xitilon games to be updated by the end of January but he said Microsoft was taking longer and it would all be updated by mid March at the latest. In terms of the game you mentioned I assumed it would be on a similar schedule but apparently not, so I will need to speak to him and ask if there are any plans to continue achievement updates for this game.
The restart level trick worked for 21-23 and 25, but not 24. guess i gotta play one for real, lol Edit: completed 24 legit, achievement still didn't pop. Will try deleting and reinstalling, then if that doesn't work i guess i gotta wait for the patch.
Try deleting your game save and doing it again. It's not a big deal because you can select any level from the beginning of the game. Don't worry about losing progress

Thanks! I did have to uninstall and reinstall the game for anyone else that might be having an issue with achievements not popping.
Sucks for me because i did uninstall reinstall but it only allowed me to get level 25 and can’t unlock the rest even if I beat level 1 2 etc

You don't even have to hit restart. Just pausing it will pop the chieves.
