Thanks, it was hard to get the video, given the location, but I was able to pull it off. I’ve done lots of work on this Sentra but didn’t get time to publish the video yet
I had the same problem after a new pump, when I pulled it and inspected it, found a defect, a pinched oring which caused the pump to loose its prime. Once I put the oring back in place worked perfect. This could be your problem. Didn’t have a camera to film it but was going to replicate it to show viewers what I was talking about. But kind of forgotten about.
Replace the fuel regulator if it's taking a long time to start, but before doing that, check your fuel pump pressure is within specs. There are vids on that procedure.
I have a 2005 Nissan Sentra I bought it brand new and it has been nothing but problems. I just had my crankshaft position sensor replaced because I wasn't getting any spark to the spark plugs. And the car wouldn't start. It wanted to start , but there was no spark to the spark plugs. And it was a little hard to get it out. I guess because it had been there since 2005. I liked watching your video, but you didn't show how you got it out. The music was distracting, I didn't like the music. But I liked the video.
Thanks for the input and comments on music, I really appreciate it. It was hard to get out because of the location I think it took 30-45 minutes or longer to get out. Those years are know to have fuel pump problem, I went through 4 pumps already. Again sorry about the music, next video I will follow your advice.
So where is the sensor? Everyone keeps posting videos , but they don't show you anything to guide you to where it is. Like telling someone directions to my house, but starting the video at the front door and telling them "here it is"?? What's the use.
I replaced my crankshaft sensor, spark plugs, air filter, and clean trottle body all in the same day. When I started my car and drove off its in limp mode. I can't accelerate regardless of how hard I press the brake. Please help
I changed mine because I couldn’t figure out my fuel pump had an intermittent problem, because it was 1 year old. So I dismissed it as being the problem. Was loosing power without CEL.
Noice! This the best video I've found so far showing how to change this hot momma

Get rid of the noise, just your instruction is good enough.
Thanks for the feedback. One of my first video, I learned since then.
Hell yeah thanks my car is running good thanks for the DIY tip
Thanks for the video. I was able to replace in 40 mins flat thanks to the pointers.
Truly awesome person... Thank you for sharing, Bro....
Your channel is so underrated. I just subscribed, great video!
Very good video thanks
How about lowering the volume of the music so we can hear what you’re saying?!
Thanks, one of my first video, I had to do a remake and buy better equipment.
This is a stupid design. I've been unable to locate this sensor. It seemed hard to touch from above or under the car. Thanks for sharing this video.
Is there a relearning process for the CPS?
It’d be nice to hear what your saying over the music
I believe I did a remake of this video.
I cant find the camshaft on the 2002 sentra 1.8, its like the setup is different over there?
how was it removed? mine is bumping that engine mount and could not be pulled out
I think I had the same problem and had to go at a different angle.
@@BARR8323 succeeded? I will try again

Do you have a video showing location of vvt on 2005 Sentra?

Music is terrible
Which engine is this ... I have QG15 ENGINE
He said it was a 2005 so I think it's a 1.8 liter.
That's exactly what I have with 330,000 miles and it runs great :)
Thank you
You're welcome

Thanks for the info. Ditch the music please.
👍🏼 it’s an older vid with poor equipment

So where would it be located in a 98 Sentra
Since it’s 1 generation older, it should be in the same location. I can only confirm location for vehicles I worked on.

If you remove the throttle body, you need to relearn it, I have a video on it
check this video

Mass air flow sensor I had the same issue fixed it immediately.
I'm about to flip out.still can't locate the fucker anywhere!
Too much music in the background of the voice of the mechanic
Thanks for the comment, this Was one of my first video which which had good content buy got messed up. I did a remake with no music.
Hey quick q. Before you removed the crankshaft pos sensor did you have to drain the oil first?
No, plug and play.

Disconnecting both terminals serves no purpose, neg cable is enough, overkill
