Thank you for reviewing and comparing! I had high hopes for the ELF putty primer to fill my pores to replace the Revlon primer they reformulated. But unfortunately it didn't work on my normal/dry 40 year old skin. It slipped and slid and caused my foundation to do the same. I might try the Physicians Formula one.
The elf side definitely looked a lot smoother on your skin. I didn't see a difference with the physician's formula except that it was dewy however, didn't blur anything.
It does blurr amazingly and does reduce the look of redness, especially on pale skin. Im sometimes using it on its own over moisturizer mixed with a little Thomas Roth Skin To Die For Redness Reducing Primer on no makeup days.

I have the Tatcha and the Elf regular and matte versions. For my oily skin I prefer the Elf matte over the Tatcha. Pass on the new PF. Can we talk about your eyelashes though.....how did you get the magenta flares at the end???!!!

If you haven't tried elf yet, and can find it buy the trio. It's slightly cheaper than the full sizes are each but at least you can see which one you like best
Awww thank you, I have combination skin and I'm looking for a primer that helps me with the texture and the oil on the nose and the zone around it, and I thought that I might give a chance to the PF but now I see that what I need is the ELF one! thank you thank you thank you! I live in México and products cost a little bit more so I didn't want to spend money on something that I would not use

The E.L.F. side looked smoother, and more blurred out; the PF side looked almost greasy & your pores were more visible.
I’m almost done with my Tatcha primer and i don’t know if I want to spend the money for a new one. Might just try the Elf one 😁

I hated the PF butter primer. It’s super greasy. I can’t be alone in these thoughts!! 💭 💭
I wanted to love the Elf primer, but it didn’t leave my skin matter for more than an hour. I’m still looking for a dope oil control primer!
