Try out these
1) switchoff fan
2) open control panel-sound and hardware - sound -recordings -select microphone - click on levels - decrease microphone volume and microphone boost to zero
3) Take some damaged or not working earphone and pinch into the earphone jack in your laptop it wont detect any sounf so now after this reconnect your working earphone
