Add a Gradient Map: Left #000000 (Black): Location: 0 / Centre #9a5000 (Orange/Brown) Location: 45 / Right #fff000 (Yellow) Location: 100 Adjust these colours to suit. Move the marker between Yellow and Brown to Location: 30. You can add a Curves Adjustment Layer to tweak the Darks/Brights.
