Bhai it's very simple most toppers don't want to be a Army officer they don't want to be in the tough life of army as they already know that dr life in itself is very tough and very few who think of having too much toughness in their life choose afmc here the pressure of being an army officer and also the pressure of being a dr is too much and mentally too much exhausting this afmc is choose by very few and also army choose those very few very wisely who are eligible of handling those toughness

Yepp there is a bond agreement and if you leave you have to pay approx 63 lakhs
After completing 5.5 years can you leave AFMC if not then what about pg ?
You have to pay bond fees
You have to serve for atleast some period for time after MBBS Completion (approx 4-5 yrs)
Otherwise you'll have to pay Bond (approx 65 lakhs)
