Frankenmuth, Michigan RESTAURANT TOUR

- Frankenmuth, Michigan is home to many great restaurants with amazing food including (but not limited to) Zehnder's and the Bavarian Inn. As a special twist for this restaurant tour, I visit three great restaurants which are not Zehnder's or the Bavarian Inn to enjoy the food which Michigan's Little Bavaria has to offer. I revisit two restaurants which I have covered several years ago as well as one restaurant which I had not visited before.
1. Tiffany's Food & Spirits - Located along Main St next to Rau's Country Store, Tiffany's is a fantastic restaurant offering amazing food especially its homemade pasta. I get to enjoy some delicious, homemade pasta for lunch while sitting outside looking out at Main St.
2. Frankenmuth Brewery - Located along Main St just north of the main part of downtown, the Frankenmuth Brewery is a great restaurant and brewery which has brewed its own beer for well over a century. I head inside to try some of its fish and chips along with some coleslaw.
3. Slo' Bones BBQ Smokehaus - Located along Jefferson St, Slo' Bones BBQ Smokehaus is an amazing barbecue restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating along with some great BBQ classics. I get some brisket and pulled pork while sampling a lot of the different BBQ sauces the restaurant has to offer.

Thanks Scott. Love the BBQ sign. HOPEFUL THANKFUL. And the food looks good too!
The BBQ was quite good! I've been there a couple other times before too, and I have never been disappointed. Thanks for watching!
Nice looking Lobster Pasta...... You must be missing Boston eating all that sea food...🙂.... BBQ looks great too...... Thanks for sharing....☮️
The pasta was delicious! I did miss all the seafood, but I just recently did a road trip to New England a few weeks ago (skipped Boston this time since I was just there) where I had a lot of seafood! Videos from that trip will be coming out soon! Thanks for watching!
great video
Thanks for watching!
Nice change of pace, nice restaurant review. The food looks very delicious.
Thanks for watching! Everything was quite good!
I love Frankenmuth I've only been there once but I really enjoyed it
Frankenmuth is quite awesome! I usually go up there at least twice a year.
I have also visited Frankenmuth in 2019. I have a video on my channel as well with Frankenmuth. Is the most favorite little village I have ever visited.. I would love to go there sometime when there are less people though. Such a comfortable little place. Food there is amazing! Thank you for sharing and great video!
Awesome! Frankenmuth is really cool! I try to go up there at least twice a year. The springtime especially during the week is usually a quieter time to go which also has warmer weather. Thanks for watching!
I’ve been to a bunch of the restaurants in Frankenmuth, my absolute fave is the Bavarian inn, Frankenmuth brewery has some good food too but there are times where it’s a bit bland I might have to go there again to try it but overall I’m impressed with the dining options there.
The Bavarian Inn is really good! I need to go back there soon along with Zehnder's. Frankenmuth has a lot of great restaurants overall with Tiffany's being one of my favorites. Thanks for watching!
Oh my heart. I love it when you post anything about my favorite Michigan town. ❤️ When we went there, we visited Tiffany’s twice. Once for sandwiches for lunch. We sat outside for that. Then we returned another day that week, for pasta in the evening. It was good. We don’t drink either, and did not visit the brewery. I know some breweries serve some good food. We also liked the barbecue at this place but it was not my favorite. I was hoping you were going to revisit Le Crepe du Jour. I came home searching where I could find some just as good. But I haven’t found them yet. I was just looking up Bavarian Inn and Zehnder’s last week because I want to order more noodles. The buttered noodles were the other thing I wish I could find near me. The egg noodles at our grocery stores are not the same. I need fresh chicken seasoning as well. Still, a great video. Thanks so much for sharing. Much appreciated. 😊
I always have to post at least 1 video from Frankenmuth each year as it always has a place in my heart! I'm glad you really enjoyed Tiffany's! It is probably my favorite restaurant there along with Zehnder's and the Bavarian Inn. I definitely want to do a couple more restaurant tours there: one with both Zehnder's & the Bavarian Inn and one with a few other restaurants I've been to before such as La Crepe du Jour and Honey B's (the latter has delicious breakfast food)! Thanks for watching!
@@scottman895 I remember your video of Honey B’s. Breakfast is one of my favorite meals. But I usually don’t have it in the morning. Lol. If Honey B’s was open, when we were there, I didn’t know it. Or we would have went. We’re talking of possibly going back there next year. It would be awesome if we could meet up with you for a meal at least. Im not sure yet. I still want to visit Savannah, Georgia. We’ve never been there. If we don’t return to Michigan next year, I’d like it to the following year. It’s been too long.
@@mom234ever3 I think it opened within the first year I filmed the video. Definitely let me know if you get up to Frankenmuth at some point in the future - a meetup would be cool!
Is Bronner's still open? That place is crazy, and a ⛄🎄blast!!
It is! I was in there back in May when I filmed the first restaurant in the tour. It is probably the most popular store in Frankenmuth, so I don't see it going anywhere anytime soon.
Delightful video! If you’re ever in, or passing through Grand Rapids I would love to connect.
Thank you! I will keep that in mind.
You didn't get a chicken dinner!! Ha ha, it was fun to see your choices of restaurants. Does Frankenmuth still have that cool old arcade full of antique carnival arcade games you can play?
I know, lol! I'm planning to save Zehnder's and the Bavarian Inn for a separate video. The only arcade I am aware of is at the Cass River Bar & Grill in the River Place Shops, so I'm not sure if you are thinking of that place. Thanks for watching!
The pasta looked really good! The fries at Frankenmuth Brewery looked really good too. Great video
Have you filmed the M-142 video at all yet? If not would you have the chance soon?
Homemade pasta is the best! I haven't been up to that part of the Thumb since last year (excluding Caro and Cass City), so I haven't filmed it yet. I'll try to film it the next time I go up there though. Thanks for watching!
Great vid. The brewery always has good food and, of course, good beer. I've been wanting to check out the BBQ joint for a while. Honey B's is a great place on the main strip for breakfast. They focus on locally sourced ingredients.
Slo' Bones has pretty good barbecue. It's not my favorite BBQ place I've ever been to, but I've been there 3 times, and I have never been disappointed. Honey B's is amazing! I want to go back there possibly next year as a part of another restaurant tour. Thanks for watching!
Like number 58. Theres a little restaurant called the station it was next to the brewery. I ate there in 1998. They had all you could eat walleye. Have you ever ate their??
I have not, but that does sound good though. I'll have to check it out sometime. Thanks for the recommendation!
Nice video. Yes, Slo' Bones is excellent! I did a video review on them on my channel as well. Great job. Hey try a new great breakfast place up there next time. It's called Honeybee's.
Thank you! Slo' Bones is quite good! I've actually been to Honey B's before - their breakfasts are amazing! I want to film another restaurant tour next year, and I probably will go there again for it. Thanks for watching!
