Just saw this plane leaving Zwartberg air field from the balcony of my apartment, preceded with the noise that was audible
This is the first plane I have traveled with! Olympic airways, and I have traveled with this type many times, it had 3 blades..!

With 4 more blades compared to the original one, does that mean it will have a higher cruising speed or better fuel economy?
Looks like a homebuilt aircraft. We come a long way in engineering!
The skyvans were originally built in the 60´s by Short´s in Belfast for freight and cargo operations.
The Skyvan may have sold better with PT-6 engines.
