Hey, I think that a new park idea would be a Loading dock, with a main road in front, then on the other side a abandoned factory type deal, with a DIY park

@Cameron Just Yes yes but he is a seasoned park builder, his old live stream of the Underpass I remade it but I used no DLC and at the end I put a loading dock, and its one of my favorite parks.
