the real question is how did it stay in a perfect circle
The cooling plate under the metal where the Ice Cream was probably circle, so it freezes up a lot more quickly and evenly in the middle and starts to melt off over the sides

I've worked in one of these stores before and I got to tell you it is so much fun! The experience you give the customers and kids is the best feeling when you make them something and transform it into something delicious it is hard but once you get the hang of it and practice it'll come naturally and not to mention it tones your arms without going to the gym 😂

Today I tried this for the very first time at the Asian store in Myrtle Beach SC and it was delicious, chocolate ice cream with Oreos, almonds and gummy bears. Tommorow I will be getting another one.😍
