We teamed up with Ebony and the USC Thornton Contemporary Music Division to bring a masterclass featuring Ethiopia Habtemariam, president of Motown Records, and singer-songwriters Sebastian Kole and BJ The Chicago Kid.
The trio spoke with Popular Music and Music Industry students at Carson Center about the challenges-and rewards-of forging music careers in a rapidly changing industry.
