Hi, welcome to Counter:Side. The subs of my Titan's Maze gear is Skill Haste, and the subs of the accessories are Anti-Ground Damage Res. I would recommend getting full defensive HP set and Anti-Ground Damage Res as the optimal set for Titan instead of Skill Haste. My Titan uses Skill Haste as that's what his EE dropped with for me, and I did not want to spend Set binaries to roll it to HP. I do not recommend spending Set binaries on EE. All the best!

Yes in the SEA server you can play it on PC and mobile. Your account can be played on both of these platforms.
