- Massive crowds at Khaosan Road - Bangkok Songkran 2024 🇹🇭
After Silom, the second best place to enjoy Songkran in Bangkok is at Khaosan Road. Massive crowds descend upon Khaosan and surrounding roads - to be splashed, drenched and faces covered with white powder. Crowds go wild from afternoon till late night at Khaosan road with funky Thai music blasting from all directions. Please leave a comment if you enjoyed this video. Thanks for watching 😀

Amazing 👍 😊
Very interesting place to visit for the Water Festival. Thanks for watching 😀
This looks like a great Songkran event, I have been to Bangkok many years ago in 1998 when I was 14 years old. 😊 Hope you had a fun time there, let’s stay in touch, friend. 👍
It was great fun. Hope you will be able to go there to enjoy it. We will stay in touch.
@@SingaporeCityWalksAre you able to meet up with me soon? 😊

Thank you my friend for watching 😀
The neighborhood around Khaosan Road is known as a Thai landmark that shows different faces by day and night. However, during Songkran, the nationwide festival seems to fill both day and night with the fervor of people.🇹🇭
Your video camera captured the bustling street where tuk-tuks, traditional modes of transport, pass by.
With high professionalism, it continued filming while moving along the street, never stopping the camera!
It recorded every scene of the vibrant nightlife the music, singing, dancing, and people joyfully splashing water at each other.
We experienced the powerful Songkran virtually at the computer business office.✨☝️😊

Khaosan is the 2nd best place to experience Songkran after Silom. This is my 1st time here during the Water Festival and I found they opened all neighbouring roads for Songkran, not just Khaosan Road, to accomodate the massive crowds. Khaosan Road with a 2nd security check point, is the highlight and last section for this walk. I actually enjoyed walking on Tanao and Chakrabongse Roads more than on Khaosan Road. From the video you can see that I poured water and painted the faces of happy people there.
On normal days, Khaosan road is dominated by Western tourists. During Songkran, it is dominated by 99% of local folks and other asians.
I am busy enjoying Bangkok and doing some editing when there's time. There's so much to see and do here. My replies to you may be delayed 😊
